Let's start with the good. The atmosphere and the customer service were fantastic! Loved stepping into the building. Bright, cheery, a place I'd want to take my mom. Lovely service. The kind staff at the counter gave recommendations and helped out with my order!
Now, unfortunately, I probably should have asked questions. I ordered a poki bowl with salmon instead of tuna and given my more traditional experience, was expecting raw (cured) fish. Maybe tuna would have been raw, I'm uncertain. But I wasn't a fan of the salmon. The mango salsa was quite good, though I wish there had been more of it. The rice was the unfortunate part. Random pieces were hard, as though a layer of the rice didn't cook all the way. I'm not sure what caused this (I am no expert when cooking rice).
The rest of the food was quite good, and ultimately, I recommend this place if you want one of their other dishes, but just be sure you know what you're getting!

ATTENTION: ⚠️ place to avoid if order delivery. my friends and I ordered delivery and None of our orders were correct, wrong and missing items for 100$ values. We call the place right away, through the phone it sounded just like chaos over there, loud music, screaming… Staff was not helpful and lied telling us they call back after “investigation”. Turns out what happens is far to be an isolated case and sounds like some fraud is going on there. Without mentioning The food was totally bland and felt like eating grass directly from the ground. Hard pass ?

I love this food! 1- Base (rice, salad, etc) 2- Sauce(s) 3- Five toppings from a good assortment 4- Protein (vegan option available) It just feels like a modern place to get a lunch bowl. It’s delicious. The vibe/atmosphere is chill, trendy, some plants around, mostly white, green, and some beige colors for decoration. Some different options available for drinks, too.
I’ve been there about 4 times, and I will definitely be back. It’s just good food. Healthy, reasonably priced.

Wonderful friendly young ladies that work here. I was greeted at the door, given options and extras to go with my meal. The food was fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere is clean, well made, and pleasant. Prices seemed reasonable.
I will say that the place could use some air conditioning on a warm day like today but they do have fans.
Vegetarian options: Mushroom and tofu as protein choices. Everything except the non-veg protein options is produce or grainy.

We ordered via Door Dash. We got the Miami Bowl and Earthy Bowl. The Miami bowl was with chicken. When my wife was near done with the bowl she thought she had a shrimp tail in her mouth. When she pulled it out she realized it was an acrylic nail with French tip nail polish. That is absolutely unacceptable. The nail is on the clear lid in the photo.

I would like to say that this is now going to be my number one health food place to eat, I'm so glad I finally found a place that has fresh and healthy food they prepare it right in front of you and the atmosphere is to die for ,I felt so at home and so comfortable and I must say very spotless and I just love the designs and furniture in this place it felt very comfortable and the music was relaxing,I just want to say thank you city of Escondido for having such a welcoming health food place you guys rock
