Good parking and location. Super friendly staff. Had the with the waffle topped with berries and whipped cream, 2 eggs. Upgraded to the turkey sausage, which I didn’t care for, but friend loved it.
I'm from Alabama and as soon as I walked in I felt right at home. The options on the menu are limitless. I had the sunrise breakfast with 2 eggs, sausage and pancakes. The pancakes were huge and fluffy and didn't even need syrup. Such a wonderful experience will be back.

This is a very traditional family home style diner. I love the old newspaper type tablecloths and the wind chimes above (which are for sale if you want ibe, so clever)! Such charm! It's also nice that they put a sign with your waitress' name at your table, just adds to the homey experience. The omelet selection is HUGE, and you can create your own as well with any listed ingredients. One of the best things on the menu is the Mess, which is as big as 2 omelets together with potatoes and 2 types of cheese and a mix of ingredients that you can add to also. Can easily share it! I loved the fresh vegetables in my omelet - I liked that the bell pepper still had some fresh crunch and nothing was soggy. Coffee is good (no special lattes or anything here) but they have vanilla creamer. Love the Dudley's bread toast and biscuits. Overall, great place, will definitely be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: All flat - fully accessible with parking lot.

Excellent omelettes in a quaintly decorated restaurant. A bit hard to find but worth it.

Story time: on my way home from the doctor, I stopped for breakfast at IHOP, then I was like nah lemme support a local business…
So I left and went to Sunny Side Kitchen, the best breakfast sandwich place in the whole country (according to me and also Yelp)
But it was closed
So I went to Delight of France
But the line was like an hour long
So I went to this place, Golden Egg Omelet house because some guest at Red Robin 4 years ago told me I should come here for cheap mimosas — said she was a server at Golden Egg.
And it is the CUTEST quirkiest weirdest little place, and the chef, an exuberant middle aged black man, comes out and loudly greets every single table like a jolly Santa Claus (there’s like 50 tables).
And he comes up to me and is like “hey man you look just like my son!” And I give the very generic answer “is he good looking?” And he goes “MAN! He gets his looks from his father whatchu think!”
And the servers are all super super kind and outgoing.
This place is a magical local brunch spot
They also have 90 omelets on their menu which was very intimidating
Update, my omelet has arrived and she is so full of happiness and goodness, I have never had an omelet that was this full of ingredients before.
I may be slightly buzzed but that does not change the factual nature of my review, if anything it is only enhanced.

Golden Egg Omelette House is one of our family’s favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious with generous portions, but the friendly and hardworking staff is what makes this restaurant so special. We all highly recommend the Golden Egg Omelette House!

Old-time diner charm and a massive menu. Everything I've had was great and there is always more I want to try.

We were hardly acknowledged upon entering and waited around, only to be told to seat ourselves. Service was slow and unfriendly, but it was busy so that's fine. Food was very bland and poor quality, especially for the price. Coffee was probably the worst I've had. I've had better pancakes out of a Krusteaz box. You're better off at any fast food place for breakfast, this was hot, overpriced garbage.

1st time here. We came with our Sypder Ryders of SD over the weekend. I got the Oregon style potato casserole with diced ham added, and super yummy❣️ Hubby got the patty melt, that was fine, but not our favorite. Everyone had huge portions and seemed to enjoy what they got. If you're looking for selection and some tasty options like a side menu of potato (that's cubed instead of sliced). This place is for you lots of breakfast and lunch items to make anyone with you a happy camper and very reasonable prices, too... especially for the amount of food you get❣️ They've got much more than egg dishes here.
Dietary restrictions: The potato casseroles are gluten-free for sure❣️ Their salads that others ordered looked amazing also❣️

Waaaay too much money for the quality of the food. Only the biscuits and gravy were good. Denver omlette was watery and drenched my English muffin making it soggy. The omlette was filled bell peppers and hardly any ham. Everything is sold separately ie: omlettes don't come with hash browns(who does that!)The hash browns were crispy on top but soggy inside. Seriously overpriced for food that was unsatisfactory. Service was OK as our server would forget what we ordered. My husband asked for the same order as mine, but they didn't give him his Avocado, he ordered an OJ with his meal when we first got there and he never got it, he also ordered hash browns after we realized the omlette didn't come with any and she never put the order in so we had to ask again. Spending $140 here would have made more sense if the food was at least good.
