Wow! We love ihop but it’s our first time coming here. Food was horrible. The sirloin steak was old, cold, dry and had a few red potatoes in it that I didn’t even order. I ate the hash brown and eggs only. I told Mayra the waiter and she said cold? We just made it. I said yes you can see it’s cold. I told her it’s okay I hate complaining. She walked away and brought the bill. She gave us a military discount for my meal of $2 off lol I told my husband he should tip her $2, but he’s better than me and still tipped her $10 and our bill was $69 but we always tip $25 or more for our little family of 3. Not only that there’s ants crawling on the seat and table and flies. It was annoying trying to eat with flies and ants. Ants were CRAWLING on us!!!! We seen the manager, she was walking around but said nothing to us. We paid and left.

Never coming back. We got served over cooked scrambled eggs, had to send steak back because it was overcooked. The second steak was also overcooked 🤦♀️ apparently they don’t know what a medium rare steak is. Service is just as bad. The waiter never came to check on us and we ended up walking to the front to get our check because the waitress was too busy talking to her coworkers.

Came an hour before closing and the food was great! Everything was well seasoned (got the Poblano omelette, Oreo waffles , and chicken tenders )
The only thing we didn’t like was the French toast. The bread is too thick .

When we walked in the atmosphere was pretty sad. There was no one there, and there was crumbs under the tables. The service was fast but when I was half way through my pancake's I noticed ants were all in my food and there was some in the syrup. I told a worker and they got me a new one.

would give zero stars if possible ordered delivery and store said it dident make the order and would not make it for my driver to pick up also the store refused to cancel the order so i had 5 poor uber drivers going too the store expecting to get paid and that doesn’t mater to them that they wasted peoples time

No service. Took my grandson for lunch. There was a male staff that looked at us and walk away. Waited to be seated like sign said. Several minutes later a female staff member walks by without making any acknowledgement of us. Apparently no one was going to wait on us, WE LEFT. now I understand why this place looks like it closed

Solid breakfast place with only a couple suggestions. Coffee is a bit weak and I would pay extra for real maple syrup.

I can only leave a star on the atmosphere because we didn’t order anything. The smell inside the restaurant was horrid. It smelt of straight sewage and I can’t believe they actually are seating people. Not a door or window open to help with the smell, not recognition of it from the staff. We honestly sat down for a second and just walked right back out.

Disappointing Experience
I had a very underwhelming experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, we were not acknowledged, despite standing right in front of the hostess. It seemed like they were about to skip us entirely.
Our server had a noticeably low energy and lacked any sense of hospitality. She was inattentive, threw items around carelessly, and even tapped her fingers impatiently on the table while we placed our order.
Throughout the entire meal, no one checked on us—not once. The only interaction after ordering was when they dropped off the bill at the end. While the food was decent, the overall service made the experience very disappointing.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as attentive and welcoming service makes a huge difference.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over 25 min to pay my bill. I asked 2 employees to take my payment, and they declined rudely and said I had to wait for my specific waitress to pay my bill, Even though I was waiting at the front cashier area with not one employee present. Then I had to wait another 12 min for her. Worst service having to wait around and get ignored. I will never return to this dirty place and rude staff. The owner should check on their rude staff and teach customer service because they have none. Good luck!

If you pay with cash, make sure to double check you get the right change and receipt back. My server tried to give himself a tip by using a receipt to a pricier order.

My family and I dined here a couple of weeks ago. The service wasn’t the best which is why we won’t be returning anytime soon. Due to our schedule, we haven’t been able to get around it but we were charged $10 more on our card than what our receipt shows. This is why we keep paper trail. We haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone in regards to this matter. They pretend they can’t hear us over the phone and they don’t respond to our inquiry. Our best guess is that the servers may have changed our 0 tip to 10 BUT we tipped cash. We always do. So, in light of that, we are giving 1 star. You may say “it’s just $10” but to us, it’s a violation of trust because you charged our card without our consent.
