Marlon or Pablo i don't know his name but TERRIBLE service. If you're Hispanic or speak Spanish, he won't speak to you in spanish. So if you want to come here just know his service his terrible. I had an amazing service with Susie but unfortunately I didn't get her.

Late night food was gross. Ordered a T-bone steak rare. It came out over cooked and dry. Mash potatoes sides were gritty and spat out immediately. They forgot a side for my daughter’s meal. Would only recommend due to the atmosphere and server. Worst 55 dollars spent.

Susie our waitress treated my parents and I excellent and offered us beverage choices and things off the menu she was fantastic perfect timing with everything couldn't have had a better experience but what can I say its ihop its always good
Grumpy waiter, eggs, Benedict, expensive dish with soggy English muffin, overcooked eggs no runny center. Waiter can't switch bacon for link sausage. Grubby entranceway. Clean your glass doors for god's sakes.

Great service and classic IHOP goodness! We stopped by the IHOP at Del Norte Plaza for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The food came out hot and fresh, fluffy pancakes and perfectly cooked eggs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, and service was fast even though it was a busy morning. A solid choice for a hearty breakfast or brunch in the area!
