Great place for Breakfast. Lunch ,and dinner if you lucky enough to get Kimber to serve you it’s even better she is a great server, next time your there tell her hi, she might even give you a hug to go along with your pancakes🙂

Today 2/23/25 I ordered two orders of the cinna stick pancakes I think that's what they're called anyway as I went to pick up my order I had my boyfriend go inside to get the order upon him coming back to the car I check my order and immediately got upset it literally looked like I ordered regular pancakes with a little amount of the cinna spread an a open container if I can insert photos I will there was nothing else! Then my boyfriend said the guy who gave him the order questioned him when he asked for syrup saying "you don't need syrup sense you have specialty pancakes". why does that matter? So i went back in there and I went up to the women who was there and I told her I ordered two orders of cinna pancakes as this doesn't look like cinna pancakes these look like regular pancakes and she looked and confirmed it was wrong took my order they had me wait what felt like 10 mins to just bring me back the same order with a small amount of icing and whipped cream 😡 the amount of spread was not enough to cover 4 pancakes smh! So I asked for more and the guy that I asked looked bothered that I even asked,he wasn't friendly at all and turns out it was the same guy that questioned my boyfriend about the syrup that we DID INDEED NEEDED for these dried ass pancakes we got!! If I wanted regular pancakes I would have got regular pancakes! I was so pissed off to even ask for a refund. If you gonna have customers pay more for specialty pancakes please make sure your making it as it shows on your menu or at least with the right amount of spread or Sauces we are paying more for!

I had a cup of coffee along with a container for refills. I drank the first cup was okay. Then I poured a second cup and I saw a bug floating in the coffee. The server came over. He said sometimes flies as different things get in the cups. I'll get you a new cup. He poured me another cup. Didn't look okay and I drank it. Then I poured another cup and a big blob of something floated to the top. I contacted the manager and she got me a new refill bottle. I don't know what that stuff was in the coffee but it was gross.

If you're not there for take-out, don't bother. They used to have 1 good server but I imagine she left for somewhere better. The service is slow, the food doesn't come out hot. My most recent visit was the final straw. We came in and they immediately asked for my name. I gave it to them and asked what the wait time was. The hostess ROLLED HER EYES at my question! I don't need a rude hostess and slow, poor service. Go to the other iHOP in Escondido instead. They actually put effort into their job, no matter the circumstance

Every time I go to this place I ended up walkig out after 30 minutes waiting for food I thought i try it again maybe something change but again I had to walk out without eating my wife and I waited and waited finally we had to walk out !! They really need good management

I arrived with a party of 12 guests, if management did not want to accommodate our group they should have said so and not put us in a booth packed tightly together. If the goal of the servers was to make our experience regrettable, they achieved their goal. Furthermore, one member of our group found human hair in her food. The server was unapologetic for the disgusting and unprofessional practices at this location. Terrible Experience!!!! -5 Stars.

It's IHOP. Not that different than other locations. I've eaten at this location multiple times now and never had an issue. Service is good, food has always been good too.
