Terrible service, they take a long time to serve you and they give priority to the driver, I had to get out and drive to the window to get help.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day…However not to these people. My family and I arrived at this jack in the box to receive a nice and fulfilling meal to start our road trip off right. However these women decided to ruin it for us. They did not give us our entire order, substituted food without alerting us, gave us a completely different drink than ordered and gave us a hash-brown…but forgot the hash!I would NOT recommend eating here!!!

So me and my family go there to eat and it takes them 10 minutes to let us order and there wasn’t many people in there just like 5 people and we were a big family there but we order and pay and the food takes 20 minutes for us to just get the food. But one of the food orders were wrong and my mom goes up to them and she says if they could change out the food since they got it wrong and they say “no” and “if you want us to remake one of the order (a cheese burger) then you would have to pay us again” and my mom says that is unfair because they got it wrong and now they wanted us to pay for the food that they were going to remake then they say if you don’t want it “just throw it away” and of course my mom who had a right to be upset at them says no and that they should throw it away and so my mom returns to the table to eat. And then we finish our food and right as we were about to leave a worker shows up out of no where and unnecessarily says to my sister “I don’t know if that’s you’re mom but she’s being very sensitive” and my sister says oh ok and we all hear this and right as we were about to leave again she(the worker) says “we won’t serve you’re mom here anymore” and we say why if my mom didn’t do nothing wrong and you guys were wrong for giving us our food wrong and being angry at us about it and then the worker replies well if we see her again here “we will call the police on her” and the worker keeps going off on us and the worker tries to act like she’s(the worker) the victim by saying “if I wanted to I could’ve had you and you’re mom reported by the police” and at this point the worker is being very unnecessary and she brings in this other worker and the other worker (who we have never seen in our entire life)says “you’re mom is very unnecessary and very rude and super sensitive” my mom was never rude and if anything they were rude because we tried to walk off and they kept saying stuff and these were 2 ladies who work there and they kept talking bad about my mom until we say let’s just go and we leave because of course we don’t want to be rude just like how they were to us but in conclusion: not only did they get our order wrong and not get our money back and no good service and no replacement for our food item which was 1 cheese burger but they threatening to call the police on my mom and report my mom but they also said it to us like if we were in the wrong for telling them that they made our order wrong and the place was full of homeless people outside and some inside and it smelled really bad in there also they took so long to take our order but they also basically robbed us of money from a burger and the workers as I said we’re 2 ladies and this was all in Spanish because my mom doesn’t speak English and one of the ladies had blonde curly hair and she was short not sure if she was a cashier or a cook because she was doing a bit of both and the other one had dark hair she is a cashier. This was very mean and I hope for them to have a better day (this was today).

So these losers think it's OK to lock the doors and ignore customers standing outside and knocking.... no signs saying drive through only, I'm not even talking about random tweakers some old couple tried to go in and they ignored the poor couple like they were not standing there.... for as long as I can remember these people have always been rude and unprofessional!!!

Walked in and wanted to order some food. I was ignored until I managed to flag someone down to ask if I can order some food she told me it would take 10 minutes until me or other customers would be able to even place an order.

I have been to this Jack in the box several times this time I went in with the coupon for a breakfast meal I don't drink coffee and always get a small soft drink with my meal today I went in and ordered my breakfast and the manager yelled at me and said we do not substitute your drink I told her that I never had a problem like this before she was very rude and I will never go to this place again I will be sure to tell all my friends who go there how rude the service is.

I bought churros here and they tasted good! Service was fast and the woman at the drive thru was professional and kind. The outside is a bit ghetto though.

Stopped in 10/11/24 @12:30pm for a takeout of 1 sandwhich. Had the misfortune of having to deal with Maria Cruz, mgr. She was nothing but rude, disgruntled and can't take orders right. Paying with a card, it kept coming up for 2 sandwiches, until she finally fixed it. Then accused me of calling her stupid which was never said. It was busy between the drive thru and walk ins. She can't handle it. She had a decent enuf size crew. She kicked me out after I got my order. Saying that I'm angry when I questioned having to pay for ranch dressing. Never had to before but handed it over to her. Never got it. She was the one that was angry! Do yourselves and customers a favor and fire her. She needs anger management help and a whole lot of training about CS skills!

I been coming to this location for years with no issues. The manager "Yazmin" has the worst customer service. After the bad service I immediately got a refund. I don't give my money to companies that have managers that treat their customers poorly.
