We walked in yesterday to eat & before hand my mom needed to use the restroom and got denied service. I called management the next day to let her know about the situation she was rude when I had asked for corporate number which she didn't have. Her being management she should have access to hire ups number and also stated I can look it up online myself. I've been a loyal customer since Ive been a child and always brought my kids here but I will no longer be coming here or my family.
This has to be one of the most entertaining locations in San Diego.
By entertaining, I mean all the craziness that happens from here to the Motel 6 next door.
There tends to be a good amount of homeless that hang around here. If it bothers you, don't come here. Just take it to go.
Food is always on point and service is excellent.
Friendly staff who are just as entertaining as the folks next door.

Apparently only men get treated as human beings here. I placed an order on the app, my food wasn't ready when I got there so I waited. I saw it was ready so I came up to the pick up counter and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for ANYONE to acknowledge me. Staff constantly walked right past me without looking at me. A man entered and stood at the counter next to me. They came up and talked to HIM but not ME. I thought they would at least talk to me after they were done with him. Nope. They just went back to avoiding me. $40 that I'll never get back, and a new sense of shame knowing that apparently sexism is back!

Placed an order online. When I arrived I informed the drive-through that I was there to pick up my order. And place a new order, and I was told unfortunately he is unable to place a new order that they are backed up, only two cars were in the drive-thru and this was an hour and a half before close. Not sure what's up but I've never encountered that before. Wild tbh

How to abuse people and rip them off and take their EBT government money allowance overcharging them for processed foods doesn't contain any vegetables as well no AC outlet allowed just Wi-Fi to rip off your data ! I don't believe my review on this specific restaurants 5 years ago was five stars and now this Jack in the box must shut down
