Tried to order the spicy popcorn chicken big box today, spicy and loaded. Then I asked what does it say big, is there a small verison? The representative said I don't know let's look. Oh there is a small version do you want that? Sure early dinner/late lunch. What showed up for $7 gave me a great laugh, speechless. I returned to the counter and ordeer3d the normal big box to see the size comparison.

I placed a large order online for pick-up at 6:00am, when the store was meant to open, and was given a pickup time at 6:09. Went over to the restaurant and the door was locked. The sign by the door clearly says the dining room opens at 6:00. The employee signalled they open at 7:00 (by pointing at the clock and holding up 7 fingers). I pointed towards the drive through and he signalled that I need a car (hand-wheel motion).Tried calling. No one answered, employee just looked at me through the glass door. I couldn't hang around for an hour so I left, and am out almost $50. As far as I can tell there is no way to request a refund. Jack in the Box has no contact information anywhere. The contact link on their corporate website for customer care is conveniently broken. Unbelievably unprofessional at best, that they accept online orders when they aren't open. At worst it's an intentional scam by the franchise and corporate couldn't care less. Will never go to JitB again.

Ordered 6 regular breakfast jacks, received 6 sausage breakfast jacks. Called to ask for a refund since none of us like sausage, & the rude store manager said we had to drive all the way back to return the food, and said the employee repeated the order and that it was essentially our fault. WE LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY. You want me to drive back using my gas & time due to your mistake? What a joke. Honestly the mistake isn’t a huge issue, they happen ~ that’s life.. but the way the store manager handled it was horrible. I have no idea how someone like that is able to make it to the store manager position. Contacting corporate not for the $20, but the principle of how the situation was handled.

The fries were under cooked, my order was wrong and the woman was rude and forgot to hand me my drink but she told me to check again if I received my drink and I told to check the inside of my car and I didn't receive my drink, also their English was not too good. This place was the worst Jack n Box won't be coming here again...

I went on a Sunday afternoon and the cashier very reluctantly served the customers. First she had problems with the customer in front of me and she was very upset. Coca Cola product he tells me which one he wants, I asked him for one and he says we have all of them except the ones he is asking for out of a very bad mood and I asked him for two tea milk bobas and they gave me coffee I wanted to return it and they would give me my money back he said No, I won't give you money back, it's all annoying, very bad service, those types of employees should never have to return to that store, very bad service.

I attempted to dine in for breakfast as it clearly stated their dining hours on the entrance door started at 6:00 AM, it was 6:55 AM. The door was locked as I tried to open it I waved down the employees to signal if they can open the door they just stared at me like if I was crazy or homeless. I kept signaling if they can open the door so I can eat breakfast and after that they just straight ignored me and didn’t give me an explanation. Whoever runs this Jack in the Box needs to train their employees better on how to not stereotype and communicate with customers, simple communication. Bad experience!
