I came to this store to pick up my meal in the morning. The customer is a Spanish name. I can't tell.thenI showed him my cell phone.He was impatient, and then whispered to his colleague that I was an idiot, which I heard.I can understand this kind of swearing.

Ordered through the mobile app 11.26.25 at 6:11pm. It’s 7:17pm and I still haven’t received my order. I tried picking up through the drive thru and was told to park at the parking lot. It’s been 30+ minutes since we parked off. Someone brought out 2 bags and it turned out to be the wrong order. It’s been over 15 minutes since that happened and still no food..
I get that it’s the day before Thanksgiving.. but maybe allow your workers to close the drive thru or shut off mobile orders to catch up on orders instead of putting your workers and customers through this ridiculous wait.
As of 7:20, the drive thru looks to be doing better but still no sign of our mobile order…
Apparently the drive thru kid was new and didn’t know what was going on.. so that added to the chaos. Maybe better training is needed from management.

I paid an extra &1.80 for 10 pickles and Swiss cheese added to my spicy chicken sandwich. I love pickles, obviously, and I got 3, with no cheese. I wouldn’t be annoyed if I didn’t pay extra for them. Disappointed that I didn’t get my pickles or my cheese, yet I paid for them.

The food is good. Everything’s good about the place but the only bad thing is a lot of homeless people go there. I was approached by a homeless man and it kind of ruined my appetite and it just didn’t look good for business. Have the homeless people there getting free drink drinks and a kind of look bad my last time going to that place they need to clear out the homeless situation there

Everytime, order is wrong. Manager is never present when you want to complain. Just a bunch of kids working who don’t care about what they’re putting out. So frustrating especially when you get food to-go, open up your food and it’s wrong. Waste of time and money!
