Manager lied about not having the 6$ meal they have right on their window and after ordering basically the same thing for more I found it right on the kiosk and she wouldn't cancel the order to get the right thing. Scummy.

Do not order food here. It is disgusting. Food is always cold and has been sitting for who knows how long. Drive up window staff lied about making my tacos fresh. They were so bad I had to come back the next day to talk to the manager whom doesn't care at all. I am filing a formal complaint at the Corporate Jack in the Box office. This is not the 1st time I tried them. I tried them in November and got the same CRAPPY FOOD. Save your money and time. Travel to a different Jack In The Box. I live 1 mile away from this one and I will never go here again!!!!!!!

Ok I used to be pretty down a JITB cause I lived next to one in los Angeles and it was pretty bad. But the one in Escondido is pretty good and the workers there are very nice. The food is way better than the one in Los Angeles.
I like the drive thru here, friendly & fast. Please note that there are a lot of homeless people around, but they don't usually bother you.

For some reason every time I go to Jack in The Box they either get my order wrong or it takes an extreme amount of time or my foods prepared wrong it's been a little bit of run of bad luck My daughter loves the chicken nuggets so we keep going back I just hope it can be more pleasant experience.

I have never left a negative review for a place before because I don't want to be one of those people. However I Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and the guy did not acknowledge me or help me. He saw me standing there but did not say can I help you or anything never took my order! I was already having a bad morning and this just made it worse! I left in a furious 😠😡 mood! This is the first time this has happened to me at this location. I always go here never had a problem until today.
