Only two staff in and one is in charge of both ordering and preparing orders. I ordered an açaí bowl, the strawberry is longer fresh. It was not fresh cut and I doubt if they are even from today. Had to pick them out and dump.

I’ve been going twice in the same week and I thought I was gonna wait to go a second time before to post a review but it’s been twice the same … employees are rude and just keep talking having their own conversation without paying attention to the customers lining up. The wait was really long and the place is a mess, absolutely not welcoming. This is a shame cause their bowls are great but for the price the service could be a bit nicer. They really don’t motivate you to leave them a tip but still asking for it !

The night staff at this location is awesome! Even though she was closing she stayed open to make drinks for us and patiently explained the drinks. Wish all stores can be like this! Love my orange dream machine!

Went here this afternoon, some Asian girl made my peanut butter moo. Omg it was so nasty it was so runny like water. And the guy working gave me back the wrong change , I had to call them out on that. Don't come to this location , it's just kids that don't follow instructions obviously. Won't be back .

Stopped by today for a much-needed razzmatazz.The "smoothie" I received was mostly liquid, partially unblended, and about 75% full. That poor quality falls short of what I expect for $7.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1 is because a young professional named Reagan noticed my dissatisfaction with that lackluster product and asked me if I would allow her to remake it for me. She was courteous, apologetic, and definitely deserves a raise or promotion in the future if this is the quality she displays on a regular basis. I didn't even have to complain. Management, are you listening?In my years of observing corporate success and failures due to the nature of my employment, work ethic like hers is what causes businesses to succeed. Well done, Reagan. Keep it up.
