My wife and I woke up wanting to try something new today, so we went to grab some breakfast at James Coffee.
There's indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant had plenty of seating for both. The inside was very minimal with a nice clean esthetic. They also offer free wifi, which makes for a great place to get some work done. The pastries and other food items are displayed behind a glass and labeled making got easy ordering.

Employees are super friendly and willing to answer questions about the beans they sell. Had a great pour over using their Mexico bag which had great flavor while being a balanced cup of coffee.
Their espresso drinks are also great too! Reasonably priced considering what you get, and they have a variety of freshly roasted beans for home use.
