I came here for the first time ever and had a great experience! The woman helping me, Sasha, was so nice and professional. She has excellent customer service skills! I knew I wanted a turkey sandwich but didn't know what other ingredients/toppings, so Sasha recommended things and helped me customize my meal. It tasted fantastic! I will definitely be back!

For some reason, the coupons that were sent to our house for this location specifically 'Didnt work'. Won't be returning until they figure out the coupon issues. Foods normally good.

Love their big kahuna.Their steak subs are my favorite.Also love their club subs.Jersey Mikes is my favorite place to grab a sandwich. They put alot of meat on their subs.They also have a rewards program make sure you sign up.Enjoy!@!!

My wife ordered the Big Kahuna and it was certainly very far from “Big”, it lacked vegetables and the white cheese. It did NOT look like the image displayed online, no meat was exposed and it looked minimal, to say the least. Totally sad looking sandwich. Disappointed and it cost 20 dollars!!

I like Jersey Mike’s since they cut their meats fresh and their breads are freshly baked. It also brings a little taste of home (NJ) for me wherever I may be.

Ordered online, pickup said 1:14pm. They had a large line so I understand, but they cleared the whole walk-in line before I got my food at 1:30pm.

Worst customer service...only have 2 people working...forget about walking in to order ...you'll be ignored for 15 minutes while they scramble for phone orders. Go to 1497 E Valley Pkwy Suite G, Escondido, CA 92027... excellent service.

The food is good but the service is TOP. Honestly, the manager does an excellent job. Been here a few times and he always treats customers and employees notably
