Jersey Mike's Subs

Most jersey mikes are the same, no doubt. But there are some good ones working here. I don’t just mean customer service but I mean genuinely good people. If you were one of the folks working here 12/10 around 11:30 am, you know what I’m talking about. I see you and I thank you for the goodness of your hearts.

Been here three times to pick up mobile orders for the family. Every time I come, it’s like they like to take care of everyone that’s in LYNE before they take care of the online order. I don’t understand what the point of a mobile order is I’m not there to sit down so you can take care of everyone before you get to my order..

The people working at this Jersey Mike’s are incredibly nice. The restaurant is always clean. I will always come back here. Thank you Jersey Mike’s team for helping me out today.

Got diarrhea after eating their lettuce!

Came in for two sandwiches- I asked for a gluten free one first, and then ordered a second sandwich non-gluten free. They started making the second order first, and then informed us halfway through making that sandwich that they didn’t have any gluten-free bread thawed out. That is poor planning or just laziness (or both), as Jersey Mike’s is known for its gluten-free sandwiches and the bread should be ready and available just like any other bread there. They were not apologetic although they did offer to make a bowl, which frankly isn’t why I go to a sandwich shop in the first place. We ended up paying for the regular sandwich (although tempted to leave without) and then we drove 10 minutes away the opposite direction of where we were headed, to another Jersey Mike’s to complete our order. [The staff at the other location on Centre City Parkway were great- both helpful and friendly.]

Sydney is the best in the business keep it up sweetheart

they close at 9pm according to online hours and hours posted on store but on two separate occasions I have arrived at the door at 8: 40 and they have the doors locked . I would understand if this was a sit down restaurant but it literally takes less than 5 mins to make a sandwich. Perhaps I’m totally wrong but it seems to me that if the place closes at 9 , then it should close to customers at 9 instead of using the last 20 minutes of operational hours to shut down the store. Is this normal ? The employees left at exactly 9.

I watched an employee scrape the lettuce droppings from one sandwich into her hands and throw it back into the fresh lettuce bin. This ia unsanitary, disgusting and unacceptable. I had to leave without ordering for my own safety. I'd say it's safe to assume that a manager or owner trained this $20 an hour employee to do this. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! The Jersey Mike name has been tarnished for me forever!

Madison the employee rolled her eyes and made disgruntled face to me when ordering. I had asked about managers special and she continue to ask about order any more sandwiches. When I replied just the managers special I was given you are stupid eye roll and disgruntled face expressions. She proceed to have another employee finish the job. Rest of crew was friendly and was asked by male employee if I wanted table and floor cleaned. The table was in
the sun and I wanted to feel the sunrays Turkey sandwich was good and the place was clean. If Madison did roll eyes at me and make me feel beneath her I would been a great sandwich visit.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and they make a yummy sandwich.

My 1st time that it's bad..Your starting to look like subway.We will try again once if like this not again.I work to hard for my money..So disappointing...$40 dollars for what?
