Wish can give negative stars
It's a taco joint. Not glamorous. Great food. A tad pricey but not terrible. I get my rolled taco with guacamole fix here regularly. One location in Escondido and one in Valley Center.

They need to look at how kotijas by food4less makes their roll tacos/carne asada fries. That’s the place to go to if you want some good quality fast food. Apart from that, they are quick and good customer service
Been to jilbertos on West valley parkway cheese quesadillas are more generous this one I was having trouble tasting the ? cheese no good

I wasn't going to say anything but it literally happens every time. I ask for no Pico on my food and they always still put it on. It never fails and having pico on my food absolutely ruins it since cilantro tastes like soap to me. I've given them way too may chances and they never change. I'll stay far away from this one and drive to the Jilbertos by the movie theater if I really want Jilbertos.

I always take my food to go due to my 35 min drive, I ask for guac and sauces on side so nothing will get soggy but they usually forget to add my guac and sauces

No, this place doesn't serve it, I ordered my order of carne asada nachos and I told the cashier how I wanted them and I went home to eat and it made me very angry.
They had almost no meat, a lot of cheese and the beans were very bad and then very expensive. No, mmmn, last time I bought here and I don't recommend them.

The cheese enchilada combo is good. Ham & cheese omelette plate is nothing special. Chilaquiles plate and no-meat nachos are not to my liking.
