Unfortunately, can’t really rate them for anything because apparently they can’t control the app for deliveries. Anyways, the address that was put with Jimmy John’s was not the same address that was given to uber for my delivery. Not much to be done for a refund because there wasn’t the option to contest it on the uber side and Jimmy John’s doesn’t have staffing to deliver themselves.i have attached the confirmation I got from Jimmy John’s via email vs what Uber was given after I had placed my order.
Did drive thru. They cross contaminat here. Got a sandwich with nothing I react to. Yet my mouth swelled up. When called to let them know. They admitted to it. Also do not trust the menu prices. And if you ask they honor the listed price as required by law. They will say they can and will refuse you service. Staff will say many things on why they have the wrong price listed in the drive thru. Thus why they dont need to honor it. But bottom line they do not even just take a piece of duct tape to cover the wrong prices. Overall avoid if you value your health or honest pricing.

Sandwiches are a tiny. But the taste is pretty good. Like the variety though. Bread is nice and fresh along with the rest of the ingredients. Reasonably priced as well.

Ordered 4 subs spent, total cost $50 bucks. What a waste of money. The employee's do not pay attention to the orders. None of the add ons we asked for were on our sandwiches. The tomatoes were old and soft. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend this location.

Pretty decent sandwiches. It’s unfortunate both bathrooms are locked. My sub was good, although pretty basic. But, if you’re looking for something quick, with consistent quality, it’s not a bad option. Rock N Jenny’s is by far my favorite in SD county though!
We went the Saturday 05/24/25 and ordered one combo and one sandwich via the drive through, when the time came to get our total we were told a completely different amount of what the menu sign states outside, if I remember correctly the combo would’ve been 15 and the sandwich 11, the cashier told us that the prices have changed but the signs have been like that for a long time. Me and my friend felt weird about the interaction but was too late to go get food somewhere else.
We believe that if your prices change, regardless of the reason a business needs to be upfront with changes, if you’re ready to up prices, reflect those changes on your menu so people do not feel taken advantage of, I don’t know if those increases in price are real or not, specially when the price goes from 15 to 21 on a combo and 11 to 16 on a single sandwich.
The food was really good, but the service was meh, the place didn’t seem to be busy but the cashier proceeded to tell us prices change and close the window on us when we started asking questions.

Visited on 5/23/2025 at 7pm, Michael was our cashier. Had good sandwiches but here is why this store gets 1 star:
The 2 guys working at JJs gave us the following story about why we weren’t allowed to use either of the restrooms
“The keys have been locked in the bathrooms, as well as the spares. This has happened so many times that now we just cannot get into the bathrooms. The closest restroom is at the Habitat next door. And here’s the code 92***. “
While this codes works for the men’s bathroom it does not work for the women’s. How embarrassing to have to walk to another restaurant and have to ask for the code just to use the restroom. I have been to many Jimmy John’s in other states, I cannot imagine this is truly the policy of the company. Also what does this mean - that this store will never have a restroom for customers?? Is this even allowed in the state of California? I highly doubt it.
Thank you for a good sandwich, but man Jimmy John’s get your act together and call a locksmith! Or here’s an idea, put a coded lock on the bathrooms!

Placed second order on line while in the store for my girlfriend and her daughter. I specifically requested NO MAYO on line and reiterated the request while standing there waiting. Drove all the way back to Winchester to find the sandwich was loaded with Mayo. VERY DISAPPOINTING! AFTER TALKING UP HOW GREAT JJ'S IS. I called but no answer!!!! Even more frustration
