This place is incredible. I can't believe I never knew about it before. I had to use the restroom, so I just popped in. As I was leaving, the guy at the counter handed me a menu. When I sat in my car and read through it, it said "You're in for a treat." And they were right!I got the best rolled tacos - the spicy beef variety. They handmade them right there using super high-quality ingredients. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is an amazing spot that I'm so glad I discovered. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Lately the meat is marinated very high in sodium and is very acidic it lost is original taste. First time eating there and they messed up our order, beans taste like they just opened a Can and rice was mediocre. Not very impressed and the prices are very high too.

Friends brought me to Kennedy's for a burger and fries. Cheese burger was excellent. Fries were perfect. Some of the best fries in Escondido. Store was clean and service was awesome.

Had a Birthday Party and bought the catering package for 30 people. Everyone loved it! Carne Asada was delicious. Pollo Asada was seasoned perfectly. The beans were creamy and delicious. They give you everything you need. Salsas were tasty. The best thing was a hybrid tortilla: corn and flour mixed.... It was delicious! Ate one by itself. Have gone back just to get more of those tortillas. Great food great service great value. Everyone told us that they loved it. Highly recommend it for your next party!

I saw an ad for Kennedy's in the Escondido Times Advocate. Being relatively new to the area, I was looking for a butcher so I could buy some prime meat for a celebration. (My husband is very picky!) I got a couple of filets and they were marvelous - nice marbling and tender. A big hit with the hubby. Thanks, Kennedy's and Mark for all your help.

The owner spoke to my wife on the phone today, and she couldn't have been happier how things were resolved. The owner was a class act, and we appreciate that. I know having a business can be tough, because -- you aren't always there to keep on eye on things, or you might have customers that just lie about things, and so many other things pop up that make it hard to run a company. So it's a pleasant surprise when there's a problem, and that problem is taken care of in a satisfactory way.

What a great meat market! I ordered a beef tenderloin to pick up after Christmas. I was visiting family and Kennedys Meat Market was so helpful. Our dinner was amazing. The beef was trimmed and tied just as I asked them. Great place do give them a try.

This is a super find. Slightly hidden and out of the way at the end of the shopping center. Definitely worth stopping by and trying the fries. You will come back for sure.
We ordered an adobada burrito, carnitas burrito bowl and corn salad, along with chips, salsa and fresh flour tortillas. Every dish was the best version I had ever tasted! I was stunned that the food was so good. The meat counter had a good variety of beef cuts, pork and chicken, all looked high quality. Some of the reviewers say Kennedy's is pricy, but for me, coming from the Bay Area, the high quality at those prices is a bargain. I wish Kennedy's was closer to home.
