I came in on 10/6 @8pm and placed a 8 piece family meal order, my mother has not had KFCin years so she was so excited to taste everything again. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect even though I emphasized I wanted Mac & Cheese at the drive-thru as well as upon making my payment, I corrected the cashier letting him know that I did not want the slaw I wanted mac and cheese instead. I arrived to my house in Fallbrook 20 + minutes away I quickly realized my order was incorrect. I called the number and let the phone operator know my situation I honestly assumed I was just going to get a refund but I did let them know if I can have someone pick up my order, The phone person reported to the manager on duty and I can hear that person (female) speak in a rude manner. The phone operator response was "you want to talk to her" they were going back and forth. The situation was so unprofessional even though I told him I was going to send someone to pick up my order. I decided not to. Please make sure YOU assure you get everything your orderd , if not, you're going to get attitude from the person in charge.

The staff was very rude when I asked for sauce. She complained that she was busy and told me to hurry up. We had to wait to place our order and then waited 15 minutes to get our food. I would have appreciated it if she had been nicer. We understand if they are busy, but the attitude was unnecessary.

So I went thru the drive through of this location & when I tell you I had a horrible feeling when I pulled up to the window, is an understatement. I had a gut feeling to not eat their food when I saw how filthy the walls were with dirt, grease, mold? Etc. But I shrugged it off instead of listening to my gut. Well now my 5 year old son & I are paying the consequences & have been bed riddance with diarrhea, vomit, fever, chills, nausea for 2 days. It's the last thing I ate before bed & remembering how disgustingly dirty this place was I'm 100% sure this is how we both got sick. That place needs a good deep cleaning & they need to train their staff to not use their phones while cooking & wash their hands constantly while prepping our food.
