on February 10 around 9pm i ordered a chicken little with mayo & no pickles. i took a couple bites & i noticed it was spicy, i opened it up & it was stained with spicy sauce. they just scraped it off instead of using a new bun. if someone had an allergy to spices & ate this it could have been worse. the person making the order should have had the decency to switch the buns instead of wiping it off. in addition the customer service from the horrible. he had a rude attitude.

they have half of the dinning area cut off as to say we don't want you here. Staff more geared for the drive thru. Do drive thru if you want your KFC Fix at this location

The food was fresh, service was amazing. I even got butter and honey without asking! My substitution was approved. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I went by during the dinner rush and made it out of the drive thru in under 5 minutes.

Called 4 times starting at 8:30 for phone order, NO answer. Lost out on big order. Bad PR.! My wife actually worked at KFC years ago...was really unhappy!!!!

Horrible. I ordered in the app 30 before I showed up. I seemed to go through. It gave me a pickup time and when I got there they had no order for me. I went over it again hit confirm got a new time later but still no order at the restaurant. Big waste of time. App sucks. While there I bought food got it to go. I couldn't eat it in the car because they apparently think we eat like pigs so they don't give me utensils napkins butter for biscuits. Food was cold when I got home. Rock hard biscuits. Service and the app sucks.!!!

Went in the drive thru and the employee yelled and me and my aunt. We simply said we wanted the number 9 which was a box that came with fries and chicken nuggets. They yelled at us to pick a side when it already came with a side. They also were very rude with us. Don’t recommend coming here at least not at night.

I had to walk out the store. The manager has no experience in customer service at all. She could not explain how to use the kfc mobile app to earn rewards. The store has no Ac and it's over 80 degrees outside here in Escondido. I feel sorry for her employees. I ask the manager if she could substitute a side for something else the manager said no do too the promotion. I understand that but as a manager you have to be able to problem solve. She had no solution. she could of least offered to charge me extra. She was just rude and just lost a loyal customer.

I will side with the rest of these reviews, the older Filipino lady really should quit. She's rude as hell everytime we come here. Tonight as we were ordering she literally told my bf to hurry up as he was saying what drink he wanted. We were in shock that she really said that. So unprofessional and a good way to loose a customer that's been going here for over 10 years. I've never came across someone so rude in my life that works in the food industry. Think about who your hiring and how your letting employees treat paying customers.

The chicken and fries were actually really good. Ordered in the drive through window and we were asked to wait in the parking lot. It took some time but the food was made to order and it was really good or i was just hungry ?

Ordered online on my girlfriend's phone.There was a promo to get "free nuggets with orders over $10" for their new item they are advertising.The order placed was not complicated.A Famous Bowl and 5 Piece Tenders Box with 2 sauces.When I picked it up, the sticker clearly states that the order was "double-checked for accuracy", which, it was not.When I brought it home, there were no sauces.Not was there the free promo item that was CLEARLY on the order placed on the phone.Went back and spoke with the manager. Rather than just give me a few sauces, she started taking everything out of the bag like she was trying to prove me wrong.I asked about the promo item as she was interrogating my food I paid for and she said she had to look at the tablet on her end.She said that it didn't show on her end so she could give me anything "free".Now, I wasn't asking for anything free. Only what was offered on the website which was placed on the order.So, the person in charge had a simple solution that could have taken care of the problem, but she chose to treat a lifelong customer like they were trying to get free food out of them.Not to mention that after going through the bag of food that I paid for and waiting, it was now cold.This is the last time I will ever go into any KFC.I would not spend a dime I found there.Have been going there since I was a kid and I am 60, so that is quite some time.I have been in the restaurant industry and food service distribution most of my life, so I have an idea of how to treat customers.Sad that they lost one.
