If I could put a negative star I would. We have so many problems with this KFC. They are so rude especially the manager 😡😤!!!! We ordered a meal there that comes with a side & the manager took our order & he repeated back to us & it was correct. We get to the window & the girl asked if we wanted a drink & we once again said it comes with it. She then said I can give it to you for free. We again said it comes with the meal & told her what kind it was & then we repeated the order to her & she said oh oh okay. We checked the meal after she gave it to us & they didn't give us the side that came with the meal. We pulled to the front & my husband went in & told them what was said & they said that was not what happened at the window & they threw perfectly good food in the trash & was going to give us a refund. I went in & talked with them as well & NOONE greeted me & the manager literally rudely gave me the money back. I told him what happened & he rose his voice to me & said she packed what she repeated back to us. I told her that she NEVER repeated the order to us. We just want what we ordered. I asked for the main office number & he said they are a franchise & I told him I want the main managers number & he gave it to me & said he couldn't talk about it anymore 😡. He lied to my husband & i both

Went through the drive thru and the manager took my order over the speaker ordered a big box combo even told coleslaw for side and a tea for drink got to window did not get drink girl at window said you can have for free the drink even though it ame with order did not get coleslaw parked and went insode the manger said the girl repeated my order to me which is a flat out lie and i did not order a coleslaw asked for money baxk and left horrible service and seems like they dont train employees correct and lie

This store is always clean inside and out. The drive-thru moves along quickly. The employees are generally friendly and helpful, but I have observed that they are usually short one or two staff members, in order to provide great customer service. However, I understand that business levels are down everywhere, and this is simply a wave for the store to minimize labor costs. Having said that, the employees are hardworking and get the job done, nonetheless. Only four stars for food because it's still fast food. So while it's not healthy, it delivers on its promise.

the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. told the kid on the phone I wanted to speak to a manager and puts me on a long hold (totally fine) but then ends the call. called back and he answered but made noises. I then called again and line was disconnected. will be escalating to corporate. called at 2:50pm on Wednesday 7/30

I went to pick up the Tuesday special. Kfc is always been the God's of chicken. But young lady and the manager for so nice. Everyone there is really pleasant. So out there with as much a I could carry. Just a very lovely experience. I spent 32.00 wich is a little up there. Oh well delicious. Have fun everyone

on February 10 around 9pm i ordered a chicken little with mayo & no pickles. i took a couple bites & i noticed it was spicy, i opened it up & it was stained with spicy sauce. they just scraped it off instead of using a new bun. if someone had an allergy to spices & ate this it could have been worse. the person making the order should have had the decency to switch the buns instead of wiping it off. in addition the customer service from the horrible. he had a rude attitude.

The food was fresh, service was amazing. I even got butter and honey without asking! My substitution was approved. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I went by during the dinner rush and made it out of the drive thru in under 5 minutes.
