I did a phone order so that way it could be fast went to pay the girl took my payment but never gaved me my food it took her 30 minutes after until I told her why was people leaving if I did a phone order she said well you never told me what you order and I was like well if you took my payment you know what I had order after I asked her if I can get sauce and with a bad attitude she did, I asked her to sell me some carrots and she said she did not had any after I saw some and the fridge so according to her I had to eat my whole food cold really bad customer service with the lady working today 2-16-2024 can’t compare her with the other girl who is usually their she has a great customer service and always on point with everything

Honestly it's actually ridiculous that I'm typing this. Literally charged my mom 10$ for a "carne Asada fries with beans instead of meat" pretty self explanatory idk. Just no meat.... This is what we got and I'm just so annoyed cause how do u serve this stuff confidently yes I'm mad cause I was hungry but also it's just ridiculous opening this up after paying 10+ for a 2x2 square of oil soaked fries. Duhh. The salsa is also old you can taste the fermentation. About to report to the food department for real. Nasty
