The breaded fish was overcooked. I asked for a naranja agua fresca and i got water, I asked again and the naranja agua had a slight taste of battery acid, the chips were hard as rock. Bean and rice are delightful. Tortillas home made and delicious.
Pozole verde was great! Flour tortillas were fresh.
We arrived at this location around 1pm on April 23, 2025, and they were quite slow when we got there. My wife and I both ordered coffee. When the coffee was served, it was nearly cold, so we asked for it to be heated up. Once we ordered our food and it arrived, I must say, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito with tater tots, and it was quite tasty. Our overall experience was positive. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the coffee was also quite good. However, I must mention that the server never returned to check if we wanted more coffee, but they were still very polite and friendly.
Great food and service
Very nice people and the food was amazing
My wife and I were on vacation. We wanted to grab some late night tacos. We stumbled upon Anita’s and we had a great experience. We had adobado tacos and a champurrado. Delicioso! Gracias.
I ordered pambazos, and didn't satisfied my family.
I know how to prepare them.
Very pricey for very simple (pambazo)
Very cute restaurant with delicious food. 😋 The lights and Christmas decorations added a cheery and festive ambiance. I had the biztec con nopales and I 100% recommend this dish! Loved discovering this new place ☺️
First time here service was amazing ! Food was delicious my orange juice was freshly squeezed and salsas are made here as well I highly recommend!
Everything is super delicious, a clean place with fair prices but most importantly a Mexican flavor identical to my homeland.

The truth is that I do not recommend the place, the foods with a lot of fat, the ugly and raw meat, the roast meat saves them, otherwise expensive for how ugly it is made, some of the foods they offer they invent and I don't think they know them.
Parking: Normally you have somewhere to park.

Completely overpriced bland food with the tiniest portions in ALL of Escondido. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I’m surprised that they even have customers.
