Pretty as always
Terrible customer service. I was there before 9pm and they close earlier than there hours posted and as I was arriving the girl inside was mopping and turned off the lights then continued to clean.Yet in the spirit of given them one more chance I decided to go on a different day at an earlier time.I ordered a cup of corn. ( Not my first time ordering here so I know what to expect)When I got home (I live no more than 5 minutes away) not only was it COLD it was also corn from a CAN!!!!!If I wanted that I could have made that at home for a fraction of the price and with way more flavor than what I got. This place used to be good which is why I didn't mind going here. However after the last experiences never again. Not only is the service trash but also your product quality to the customers as well.
This is really unpleasant. I paid 6.50 for two pallets, both of which I threw in the trash.
Place sells shakes whith Expired milk and u call them to tell them and they say no it’s not Place is a joke stay away from this place Not the first time it’s happened ether
A wide incredible selection of different flavored ice cream and sherbets. I plan on making this one of my regular stops

Excelent service
Accessibility: there were only two accessible/handicap parking spots down at the entrance of the parking lot, at least four doors down, and the only ramp to get onto the sidewalk is also here. The parking lot was pretty full but there were empty spots in the back of the lot. The doors to enter this building are two pull doors and inside it is well lit with tables and moveable chairs. The lighting in the parking lot is pretty dark though.Experience: there were people in line in front of us but it didn't take too long to get through each customer so our turn came quickly. I tried the paleta de hielo (popsicles) and the Sandía didn't have too much flavor but it's because it's natural without sweeteners and refined sugar. We also bought a crepe and it tasted amazing! I recommend adding the ice cream to it! Delicious! They are dog friendly!
This ice cream shop is great! It offers so many delicious flavors; you can find the classic ones like Chocolate, strawberry, coffee, and any kind of nuts like pistachios or pecans but it also offers very special flavors like Guava, spicy mango, blueberries and some specialty that you can't find anywhere else like Gansito. And ice cream is not the only thing you will find here since you can also get chips with cheese, beverages and more.
The best Popsicles in Escondido comparing it to the other La Michoacana Ice cream parlors with the same name. The flavor water Popsicles don't have that artificial flavor than the other and the milk flavor popsicles are more creamy and better flavor. The only downside is the prices seem to have gone up a bit from last time I visited this place.
Over price and there ice crean is not even close to to the real michoacan stile.Don't waste your time just support some of the local ice cream shops there prices are more reasonable and they get the ice cream from the same vendor.
