Little Caesars in Escondido

“I had made the mistake of placing my mobile order and setting the wrong date as pickup. The lady I spoke with at the register was very accommodating when she did not have to be. It was 9:55pm and the store was to close in 5 mins. The manager, a kind gentleman, told me they would make it right away! Phenomenal customer service. Not just because they HAD to fix anything as it was my error but, because I felt they cared.

“Accessibility: this place is great! There are two accessible/disabled parking spots directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The door is a pull door to enter the building, and once inside it is very spacious and brightly lit. The parking lot is a little bit too dark so I hope they get better lighting outside for nighttime.Experience: I love how much space there is inside this place. It also looks very clean and well-kept. The pizza was hot and ready!“

“The food was surprisingly much better than what we expected from Little Caesars Pizza. Inside was very busy but the staff worked fast to help everyone. The young lady working up front was really nice and had a way of making you feel like the only customer while not alienating the others in line. The store had an overall pleasant atmosphere, from the employees all the way to the customers waiting in the store. ,“
