I hate that we can't give ZERO STARS. I placed an online order last night for a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and noticed they had a new stuffed crazy crust pizza. Even though it was lower priced than the regular one I opted for the regular stuffed crust. When I went to go pick it up they had given me a different order of the same name. I sent my boyfriend back because the name on the box was incorrect. When I got home they had given me stuffed crazy crust, now I bet my bottom dollar that the other Jessica probably got my pizza and they didn't pay attention to the name on the boxes. When I called I was constantly told that I should have return the pizza so they can confirm, I sent them a picture instead and they said it's what I ordered. I spoke to 4 different people and one lady even told me they only have 1 type of stuffed crust pizza which is the "new one". I told her she has 2 different types of stuffed crust on their online menu, then she prompted to say I still got my correct order. I just wanted a refund for the different in pizza cost, and all they kept saying is "you ordered a stuffed crust pizza and you got a stuffed crust pizza" I asked for a manager and they told me to call the next day. I explained the situation to the manager and she said she would need to check the cameras to see what was done during the sale... these people are acting like a demanding a full refund of $100.... Way too much of a hassle for a $5 difference refund. Even after me consistently telling them I got the incorrect stuffed crust and the camera check and being told it was an online order they'll have to see if anything can be done I will no longer be visiting this location... there is a reason why I never order from little Caesar's but my boyfriend had craving and was simply trying to make him happy. At this point I will be disputing the transaction with our bank since it's too much work for little ceasars

It's not great, but I think you already know that. It's cheap food served hot. Place was a zoo and being only english speaking I was at a disadvantage. Would not be going back. But if you have to feed a large group of people you don't really care about in the cheap this is your jam.

Super incompetence! Had an order online 10 minutes ahead of time - was just a tiny order of some wings and bread. Not only did they say itd take only 10 more minutes and took 25, but they WAITED to start cooking the wings! 35 minutes for little ceasars is just pathetic. There's really no excuse. These guys clearly need supervision.
today 7/28/23 I want to thank the night staff for taking my wife's and daughters order as they were about to close the doors y'all were kind to make a fresh hawaiin pizza I thank you for your hard work your late hours and all the staffed that stayed xtra late to help more customer that kept coming asking In after close hrs this shop needs a reconozatioun

Horrible service not a single soul took there time to greet me or to ask if I was helped on tip of that I ordered a pizza online that said it was going to be ready at 6:17 and 6:40 I still have no pizza I ask multiple times when it was gonig to be ready and the girl just kept telling me it'll be right out it's took a lot from me not to cuss them out DO BETTER GET EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY WANNA WORK NOT NO LAZY PEOPLE ruining your reputation if I could I'd give this place -5 stars

The food was surprisingly much better than what we expected from Little Caesars Pizza. Inside was very busy but the staff worked fast to help everyone. The young lady working up front was really nice and had a way of making you feel like the only customer while not alienating the others in line. The store had an overall pleasant atmosphere, from the employees all the way to the customers waiting in the store. ,
