Quick update to my last post where I had a horrible experience. After receiving a survey from Marco's Pizza that I filled out, the manager called me and did refund my money for the pizzas. I appreciate the fact that they called and offered to refund my money for the mixup. Thank you Marcos for having the integrity to do that.

If Marco's Pizza's other locations are as customer service orientated, proficient, and still being friendly, courteous, as well as profesional as their West Mission Ave location, in Escondido, then shame on you for not rating their service and leaving a review. If you agree, do so now. It only takes a few minutes. Isn't your pizza/pasta shop worth it? They're service says, it is, and the taste of their food agree's..

Ordered here about 7 times now, 5/7 times the pizza was amazing and so were the wings. The 6th time I ordered the pizza was mostly bread lacking any sauce, cheese or toppings. The most recent time I ordered they used a 3rd party to deliver pizza, since they are short drivers. This caused the pizza to arrive warm and wings were also warm. Before they delivered it was too hot to eat upon delivery. I hope they find drivers soon. Also the pepperoni magnifico was $12 for a large now $20, which is fine however they hardly put any pepperoni on it. I hope they don’t go on the down slide and come back to that hot fresh pizza I had. I’ll give it some time before I order from here again.

My girlfriend and I were passing by what used to be Payless shoes and I said we will have to stop in sometime. We did and it's totally good. I ain't gotta problem, it's pizza and it's good tasting and that is all there is to it. Marcos yup it's good.

Normally we love Marco's pizza in Escondido but tonight not! I know we asked to remove the peppers but we didn't ask for only half toppings!!
I was watching Otherhood on Netflix at 9:30 pm and they were eating pizza so obviously i and a craving for it. I got on doordash to see that places were nearby and Marcos was not only close but still taking orders. It was only 20 min to pickup my delicious pepperoni Magnifico pizza. It was so yummy! Crispy pepperoni, seasoned crust and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Tasted very comforting. I love that they're open late and very reasonably priced. Definitely a must try.

Good pizza for a good price different than most pizza out there..
I'mma start this review off by saying that I don't even like pizza. I'll eat it if someone orders it but I never go out and buy pizzas. Marco's Pizza has made me see the light! I have never thoroughly enjoyed any pizza like I do with Marco's Pizza. Their flavors are delicious and their staff is always friendly! Not only are their pizzas delicious but so are their sandwiches and desserts. They have a soda fountain for dine-in guests, as well as some tables to enjoy your food. Their prices are a little steeper than some places like Dominoes or Pizza Hut but you do get a superior pizza for the price. And they usually have some good coupons and deals available. I've attached some photos of their yummy food for your viewing pleasure!Parking: It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

Ordered a pizza of DoorDash last night. Large pepperoni. I knew when I picked it up off our front table the box felt slightly warm and not hot. Opened it and the cheese was slightly hardened over and barely warm. They basically gave us a pizza that had clearly been sitting out and just wanted to get rid of it. First and last time coming to this place. I wanted to like it too

Pretty good pizza for a great price. I called in the order and picked it up. The phone service was great and when I arrive they had my pizza ready and again the customer service was spot on. Fast and convenient. The store was clean and organized. They have great prices and good specials. If you haven't tried it yet...give it a go!
