Definitely friendly and quick service! Estimated time for my order was 15 minutes and I got it in like 7 mins. One thing is that I generally request my drinks with less sweetness but I felt that I enjoyed my drinks here with a regular sweetness. My favorite thus far is chocolate but I think I need to go back and try the other with different sweetness levels.
Cheese foam matcha was fantastic! Wish they had the same menu at all of the other locations in other countries.
Service was a bit lacking - they just seemed uninterested and did not want to provide much suggestion or input. Baked cookie and brownie were also mediocre.

Wow! What a surprise! My son and I came in for a snack and we were both pleased. His matcha and ube cone was huge and delicious and my seasonal iced matcha with ube foam was perfect. I was able to order it with half sweetness from the kiosk, and they made it just right.
