The evening managers are so batantly uncoordinated and unfriendly. They put the Mcds name to shame.

They make you pull around even if it’s something like a small fry and they will still somehow get it wrong.

There is no reason to make every order park out front and then congest the parking lot to oblivion.

Whoever the evening managers are need to be replaced. I would understand if it was once or twice, but it it’s every single mfn time. The morning or day crew never does anything like that unless they are obviously backed up.

I was the only car in line for one meal and they made me park out front.

I only went through the drive through. The outside was very well kept and looks like new. The crew was nice,quick, and friendly! The food was served hot and orders were always accurate! We went to breakfast and dinner.

I have come here a few times and about 3 times the drive thru lines are ridiculously slow. I seem to come when I'm in a rush because it is suppose to be fast food but if your in the drive thru and in a rush, better luck somewhere else.

Waited at the drive thru for 30 mins for someone to take my order. It’s seems that since minimum wage went up service went down. I will not visit this location again. When we got our food it was cold and the fries were undercooked.

This is the 3rd time this location gets my order incorrect I’ve given these place several chances and it looks like their service as well as the dumb employees who work here don’t seem to understand their job properly they always miss 2 of more items from my order every single time I will no longer be coming to this location managers need to do better training and the owner of this place needs to hire smarter people who know how to do their job.

On Monday 20th I had done a mobile order I believe i arrived around 7:49am. I was on my way to work i waited for almost 10min and my order was not coming I decided to go in to see what was going on. No one helped me there was about 5 employee there none of them acknowledged me until the lady at the cash register asked what did I need. I proceeded to tell her I had a mobile order mind you I only ordered a smoothie and a breakfast burrito. The order hadn't been looked at my any of them it wasn't ready and it wasn't busy that morning from what I saw. I asked for a refund and the guy tolme me he couldn't do it because it was through the app i had to wait 48hrs I think he said I don't remember. I still haven't received a refund or my points since I used some of them.

Avoid this location. In the drive thru they tell you “we are still working on your order, please pull around to the parking lot”…. Every time. It has nothing to do with preparing your order. It makes their drive thru delivery time appear short so they look good for corporate, when in actuality, their wait times are horrible. I’ve waited up to fifteen minutes for my food in that parking lot, on multiple occasions. Last time, me and another car that were told to pull around were completely forgotten about! When I went inside the manager on duty appeared frazzled like this happens all the time.

If the employee asks you to drive around and wait, you do not have to. Say, no thank you, I’ll wait right here.
