My Friend went into this McDonalds to wait for me to pick him up because his car broke down. They told him he couldn't wait inside unless he bought something. My friend has health issues and can't be on his feet for long periods of time. I was literally 5 minutes away. I already don't eat there. I will most definitely never give them my business

The kiosk was supposed to speed up the process. Instead, it has brought on an impersonal service where employees flat out tell you, "I cannot help you." Maybe, "let me get someone who can help you" Is better? Ordered a Coke. My order was given to a different customer. They gave me another one, but this time it was diet Coke. I Asked for the right flavor. Total time for service, 14 minutes. Kiosk idea is not working.

Stop by for take out but shift leader or supervisor was ignoring us when we were standing in front ready to order. After a few minutes she just said "I'll be right with you " but it never happened. After waiting more time I asked her if she was going to help us she responded she had to finished an Uber order cause the pickup person got there after we were already waiting. So very bad service, no customer service at all. We ended up leaving to Starbucks across the street.

This review applies to McDonald's in general.

I just want to say the app sucks it constantly crashes on me and will automatically choose a default location that it claims is nearest but it's more difficult to get to then my actual favorite but if you aren't paying attention you will complete your order and it gets sent to their default location they choose.. Ordering in the app does nothing as far as speeding things along. Alternates better to pick up at the counter rather than order ahead and wait in the Drive-Thru. Fast food service sucks these days I don't know what's going on the workers are slow and unmotivated and the prices are ridiculous. Problem is I love their mochas hot or cold so I will still stop by once in awhile. And now on top of the high prices and slow service McDonald's will apparently kill you now.

The employees have resorted to stealing food from orders and tell you they gave you the wrong order.

I had 2 items missing out of my order when I got home. They didn't want to refund me without coming back in and I told them I didn't have time to do so. Then when asking for the managers name, the employee told me the manager would just tell me the same thing. Then have me a fake name. I know these people hate their job but do you have to make every interaction miserable for everyone else too? The entire experience from ordering to the phone call was really bad.

Today july 1st around 2:15-2:30 pm you guys messed up an order and my girlfriend went back to grab it the corrected order and the younger lady in the front rudely thru the bag of food at my girlfriend and slammed the window shut without saying a word. Is this how you treat paying customers?
