I used to go here all the time but now they have homeless tents here in the parking lot. Also if you pull up through the driveway often there’s panhandlers. Even when I grab for inside i can see passed out homeless

Order online to pickup at curb side because we didn't have enough time. After 15min wait at curbside, order window on my app turn off like we already got the food. I went inside see all people came after us got their order, then they told me to wait, it still prepaid. Total waiting time is 30min more, my order came out missed two large fries. Have no time to come back and would never come back again.

Today it took more than 25 minutes to deliver an order by car, I had to get out of my car to be able to claim my order with 4 children already desperate from so much waiting. It's supposed to be fast food but waiting more than 25 minutes is too much. I posted a photo of the schedule when I finally got my order.
I don't like that I have to use the "ap" to access "deals" and discounts. Also couldn't change locations without starting over. Too complicated for me.

Did not like the fact that no one would take our order, we had 3 small kids. It took 10 minutes and we finally asked if someone would help us and they refused. It would have been better business if someone would have told us to use the kiosk. It took another 10 minutes to complete the order. A real pisser. We will never eat at a Mc Donald’s ever again

Came here for two happy meals with my two boys, ages 4 and 7. Went inside to order. Spent 27 minutes awaiting for a cashier. No one bothered to say hello or even acknowledge our presence. Not even “sorry we’re busy”, “we’ll be right there”. Nothing. Despicable behavior for a service industry and thoroughly inexcusable. We left.

Upon ordering my meal with a coffee, I had to use the restroom while my order was being prepared,,a Few tweakers decided to get high in the bathroom, made me feel uncomfortable. I hope McDonald’s can make some type of adjustment to the restroom. I felt very uncomfortable. I don’t think I’m coming back
