So so so so rude…. Oh my goodness the staff do not want to be here! Sally, who I assume is a manger based off her maroon shirt was awful! She totally ignored the people in the store , when she finally walked up to the counter she appeared to be angry. No hello, nothing. She walked away in the middle of me ordering a drink and never came back. It was so bazar… terrible leadership! Terrible service!

We tried to order two Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals when we arrived at 10:10 p.m., but we were informed that only one burger was available. When I asked why additional food couldn’t be prepared, the employee explained that the grill had already been shut down and cleaned. I then asked why the grill was closed so early when the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. The response was that they begin shutting everything down early because they only have 30 minutes after closing to finish cleaning and counting boxes. In other words, the grill was closed nearly 45 minutes before the posted closing time.
I replied that proper time management should allow for the grill to be the last item shut down so customers can be served until closing. The service was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this McDonald’s location.
I don't eat out often. Sometimes I'm craving a spicy McChicken plain with cheese. Why is this the only location in San Diego that forgets the cheese? Twice!! Your workers look and act like they don't want to be there. For crying out loud they make $20 an hour. Management team at this place needs to step it up. I guess I won't be coming here for my spicy McChicken anymore. I'll go down south, they get my order right.

Just ordered drive thru, fries were like pencils, hard. I walked back into restaurant and was ignored til I called to someone, I said that the fries were hard and the girl threw them in the trash and gave me a look, she said nothing, told one of the other employees something they didn’t look happy nor say anything, then laughed. Fresh fries were throw down at me on the counter and nothing said. I think some better management is needed, these folks seem pretty unhappy, not caring much about what they are doing and what that looks like to a customer. Pretty bad service.
