We loved Mi Rancho Market. A Taqueria with a meat market inside serving deeellicious tacos. We ordered up the barbacoa, asada and al pastor which was our favorite. Definitely don't sleep on the Hot Hot hot salsa.

I purchased a chorizo burrito. There was a section of the chorizo that was rancid and gave me fold poisoning. I knew it as soon as I took a bite of it by the taste and smell.
Disappointing because I visited this place often, but this visit was a bad experience.

Best street tacos in Escondido. As good as TJs Tacos but more choices of meat and no long lines but there is no drive-thru. The birria and chicken soups are fabulous and I love their cabeza and carnitas tacos.

Don’t know when they moved, but the new location is much bigger and convenient! Across the street from Lowe’s with a large parking lot! Definitely a huge upgrade than the previous location! Had a late craving for their Taco Tuesday and they never disappoint! Amazing salsas and radishes to pair with the tacos as well! 10/10 recommend if you’ve never been! Their carne asada fries is also my guiltiest of pleasure.
Parking: The new location shares with a large plaza, so there’s more than enough parking.

Everything on the menu here is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for tacos or caldos, this establishment is by far the best in North County SD. It's in a market but there is plenty of seating. The salsa bar is on point! All the employees are helpful and respectful.
