The worst burger, I’ve ever had in my life. The bun was greasy and cold, the cheese was unmelted and cold, and patties seemed to have been microwaved and somehow still cold. There was no seasoning whatsoever. The chicken tenders were just as bad, no seasoning, soggy and they looked like they had just received a cancer diagnosis. All of this for 50 dollars. I would have been better off eating 50 dollars worth of napkins, and they would probably taste better.

Lukewarm meat, cold bun and cheese. “Brisket” was hamburger patty with pieces of brisket on top… again cold. Worst food we have ever had in all the years going. Should I’d stuck with Thorntree Terrace where we usually eat. Quality must be tightened up!!

Long lines, food took over an hour, service staff was nice but overwhelmed. On top of all that, it was overpriced.
Frys were good... but the meat for the 14 dollar burger was worse than the smallest burger at McDonald's. Staff was too slow...line was very long.
They even have a plant-based burger which made me happy. As usual, a bit expensive but good food.
When it takes an hour to get one burger & fries, that are hardly even warm, I can't give more than one star now can I? They were annoying a lot of people today. Myself included.
