Lukewarm meat, cold bun and cheese. “Brisket” was hamburger patty with pieces of brisket on top… again cold. Worst food we have ever had in all the years going. Should I’d stuck with Thorntree Terrace where we usually eat. Quality must be tightened up!!

Frys were good... but the meat for the 14 dollar burger was worse than the smallest burger at McDonald's. Staff was too slow...line was very long.

When it takes an hour to get one burger & fries, that are hardly even warm, I can't give more than one star now can I? They were annoying a lot of people today. Myself included.

Expensive for what it is. Very very mediocre food and not a lot of it. Bring your own food. Long wait to get food once ordered.
Extremely slow. Staff are not proficient. Takes 40 minutes to get just chicken tenders. What a service.

Slowest service in the world. They take 20+ minutes for a burger alone. If you watch them, they move like sloths. No motivation at all. People were asking for a refund and still no motivation. Management should be ashamed.
