The quality of service has dropped tremendously. Food is still decent but for the price, its not worth it for me.

O’Brien’s has been a longtime favorite lunch spot for our family—especially for their consistently delicious desserts. However, I’m giving two stars this time based on my last two lunch visits, which unfortunately missed the mark.

On one visit, I ordered a tuna croissant with lettuce and tomato. The produce didn’t appear very fresh, and I ended up feeling extremely ill the following day. While I can’t say for certain what caused it (possibly the tuna, lettuce, tomato or mayo), I decided to give O’Brien’s another try before drawing conclusions.

Yesterday, we ordered two salads, and I immediately noticed the lettuce again looked tired—wet, limp, and not very appetizing. What’s more disappointing is that the salads seem to be primarily made with the same thinly sliced sandwich lettuce, which really detracts from the quality, presentation, and overall dining experience. It comes across as a shortcut, not the fresh, crisp greens we’ve come to expect. The menu prices continue to increase each visit which is also discouraging, and I really wish the quality of the food matched the higher prices.

Why not return these items? Bc everything at this place is quick and fast in a relatively small space, and it would make a spectacle airing out my grievances publicly, so I hope someone reads these reviews.

I truly hope the lunch menu returns to its previous standards. We have enjoyed meals at O’Brien’s for many years, but after two lackluster meals in a row, we’re starting to lose confidence.

Great pastries and breakfast burritos.
Also, outstanding coffee/lattes.

Absolutely amazing pastries. The food is very high quality and follows the recipe. It was very busy, but the service was friendly and welcoming.

They have an amazing ham & cheese breakfast Croissant. The breads, ALL of them, are delicious, with proper texture, crunchy crust, and great chew. The coffees are hot and made to order. There is wheelchair accessible seating inside and out. I saw the cutest pups in the patio. What's not to love?

A treasure trove of good sandwiches, pastry and breads.

Always a variety of desserts, croissants, biscotti, and fruit tarts to choose from daily. The turkey pesto sandwich and fries were a great lunch choice.

They have specialty coffees and a range of pastries. We had brunch here. The food was quick and delicious. Ingredients tasted of quality. Had croissant sandwich with potatoes, butterscotch French toast, breakfast burrito, cheddar biscuits and gravy with fried chicken, s'mores tart, and almond croissant (tried a little of all). Parking is a little limited if busy but well worth it!

We had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful breakfast at this newly discovered gem. Ample parking is available in the lot, and the restaurant itself offers extensive seating options. The ordering process is efficiently streamlined, with counter service and self-seating. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the menu boasts an impressive diversity of options. Our party thoroughly savored the Classic Breakfast Burrito, Short Rib Benedict, Avocado Benedict, and the Blueberry Banana Pancakes, which we shared. Additionally, the coffee drinks were a highlight, with an Iced Mocha and a hot Latte being particularly enjoyed.

If you're going to order a custom cake, I would highly suggest to contact them 1-2 days prior to pick up because 2 years in a row they have put me in bad situations the morning of a birthday party because year 1: they asked me to come a few hours later because the cake wasn't ready, and this year (last week) I called before I was heading over and they didn't have the order done, they knew they didn't have the order done earlier in the morning, did not let me know, and when I called them and they told me cake wasn't ready, they said there was nothing they could do about it and had zero sympathy or remorse. Very matter of fact, and didn't accept responsibility. I would have hoped the conversation would more customer service based. I called later that day and asked to speak to the owner, never got a call back...and because of that they are receiving the first ever negative review I have ever done for a business. This is too bad given their food is great and we have been patrons for years, this service will deter me (and my friends) from being patrons.

Love this place for breakfast and lunch. It's never too busy though there might be a line at lunch time.
A small seating area inside and upstairs and more seating outside. The food is very fresh and the lavender latte is my favorite.

Very unprofessional service by the manager. Food came out 50mins after we ordered. All our friends who ordered a little bit before us got their food and finished it. Our kids were asking where’s our food. Manager didn’t apologize and was really rude. I was so heated I didn’t even touch the food. Would never come back!
