It's a good olive garden. the service is usually good. it's a decent layout so even when it's crowded it doesn't feel cramped . the food is consistent and reliable

Excellent customer service from Chloe and her teammate on Sunday for lunch. We had a party of 20 and they were friendly, professional and quick to accommodate. The food was good and plentiful. The servers made it an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Me and my husband went to this location at Escondido last night (Sunday-not busy) around 8PM.

let's start that the waitress came with no smile and heavy attitude asking if we want appetizers and I said yes chicken gnocchi soup please and he said that's not an appetizer 😳😂Okay! what do you call the soup and salad you eat before food then?!!

alright then we ordered a chicken alfredo and a shrimp alfredo
literally 2minutes after I swear it was a minute or two after we ordered I called him and said if I could switch to unlimited soup and salad one because I mainly go for their soup as their food quality been low for the past few years.
He said no I can't help with that they already making it ... 2minutes?! seriously?!!

Okay then he brought the foods and guess what, they both been cold and kinda felt if they just defrosted them🫩🤢 the soup was pretty cold too and we weren't the only table complaining about it.

then he took them back and idk microwave it probably but taste like the worst pasta i ever had.

I had Diarrhea and Nausea all night for this nasty food 🤮 will never go to this place again.

we had a bad experience another time too but I was like maybe we should give it another chance but it looks like we just trashed our money and destroyed our sunday night.

We just ate dinner together as a family and had the most incredible service by our server named Foxy. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience very enjoyable. We will gladly come back to this restaurant and also recommend it to others.
