Every time I order I have to gamble on if I’ll get a fork for my order at work, where I don’t have any cutlery and cannot eat the lunch I paid extra to get dropped off to me,

I ordered beef with broccoli and teriyaki chicken. All I got was beef and broccoli and 2 teriyaki sauce packs with no chicken. Is it my fault for not double checking that I’m getting what I paid for?

The portion is too small. I ordered a large size, but the amount is less than the small size. I requested extra portions in the notes, yet the larger portion ended up being even smaller. I can't understand this behavior.

Never has the items they have posters up for. Will refuse to go e you any sauce unless explicitly asked for. Not sure how you serve teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki. There's a few good people at this location but management seems to be down the tubes. Slow service and rising prices make this not worth the time or money.

male cashier and the shift manager, an old lady, have terrible attitudes. There were only two people in front of me, and I still waited more than 15 minutes to get this express food. The shift manager is useless.Another thing is there’s no military discount from panda?— especially surprising in San Diego County and Escondido! The fried rice tasted sweet? Can you guys just rinse the pot seriously Ok? Even just American Chinese food.

Food is the same as always. Tried their new hot orange chicken and it was actually pretty good. It's on actual spicy side. However, there was homeless outside the business keep asking you to buy them Panda Express.
Hands-down, one of the best pandas I’ve been to I am a truck driver so I’ve been to a few very good food. Everything was fresh and the people were nice.

Came in for lunch on 6/20/25 and was given such a warm welcome. The food was so fresh and flavorful it was the best panda express I have ever had! The orange chicken had just been put out and the beef and broccoli was cooked perfectly!

Who puts Sweet and Sour Sauce on Teriyaki Chicken? Just came through the drive through and when I got home that's the sauce I got for the Teriyaki Chicken. Hilarious that the idea crossed a workers mind.

Both orders missing a side and still got charged normal for both. Employee wasn’t professional, rather sassy and rude.
