We came in and ordered a 5 person family meal on a Friday night and so they were out of one of the dishes we ordered. We had to wait a few minutes for the order to be ready, but the representatives were so polite and checked in with us periodically. When the order was complete they threw in an order of free spring rolls because we had to wait. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.

Really bad service. Came in with my kids to eat and my daughter had to use the restroom so I went to go ask the lady that starts helping you out with your order right by the entrance and I was like excuse me and she completely ignored me and turned around. So I proceeded to go to the register where a young gentlemen was at and also completely ignored me. I was clearly right in front of him and he left me standing there like whatever. Both employees completely ignored me like if I was not standing there. Worst customer service ever. And this was today 04/01/25 @ around 6:15pm

I requested for two orange chicken and two rice separate and a large drink I never received my drink and I only received one order then you proceed to tell me this is what I got when I seen my order made and you gave it to someone else

I'm very disappointed this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, I got home and realized that my plate was missing food, this should not happen ???? I got two plates one was complete and the other one was missing food
