They seem to have a new manager at this location on E. Valley Parkway. She’s a white large girl who doesn’t seem to do anything to help the customer whatsoever. She talks on the phone and avoid any interaction with the customer. She leaves the rest of the employees to suffer. She needs to go. this was a good place until she showed up.

I've been a Panda customer for years and I love Panda, but this morning I didn't like Zaira's service at all. I'm Latino, and I was speaking to her in English to place my order, and she was speaking to me in Spanish the whole time, and when I continued speaking in English, she raised her voice at me. I didn't like it because she was speaking to everyone else in English
Also, the portion of food she gave me was very small, and I felt like my hunger went away instantly

I am not at all that impressed by the customer service at this place. I sent my husband in to get an item that I didn't realize Panda no longer sells, which is the bag of crispy noodles that used to be at the front counter. Instead of just telling him politely that they didn't know what he was talking about (even though it honestly used to be pretty popular) or that they no longer sell them, they laughed at him, behind his back and to his face, in front of a line full of customers . Look, I get it. It's 9:45 at night, and you've probably had a long day. But he was being respectful. The 'tude was not called for. You work at a Panda Express, ladies. Get over yourselves.

Went for a school fundraiser. Unfortunately, they were not prepared to deal with so much cash and almost did not accept my money because she said she couldn’t break it. But she did take it a moment later. However, she did not give me the change- just the bills. Had she asked if she could skip the coins, I would have had no problem but she took it upon herself to not give me the full change. I understand it’s not her fault that management didn’t prepare for cash change but it was also handled poorly. Also, the amount of rice compared to the entrée was terrible.
