They just don't seem to understand what they are doing. One worker said he couldn't bag and hand us our food because it was his coworkers job. We were waiting for fresh food as they were out. When it was ready the worker couldn't help us but could restock the containers on the other side of the store while we wait for the coworker to return from the restroom.

My experience here was nothing short of horrible I asked for honey walnut chicken and they gave me the scraps that was left in the bowl, a majority of my plate was also rice and the portions were way too small.

Avoid this location. This location is gonna get people sick. Food look terrible , gave it the benefit of the doubt and it was luke warm and after the second bite of orange chicken I had to spit it out. Such a weird texture. Old perhaps ? Idk such a disappointment. The noodles were good tho. Ragoons were drier than popcorn.

Friday, May 2nd at around 6 pm I experience two employees ladies with terrible customer service. They both had horrible attitudes acting like I was bothering them for ordering food there. I have never felt so disgusted! I wish I walked away instead of paying for that meal. I feel sorry for the young Mexican gal with the fake eyelashes who was using the cash register and the Philippino-looking young lady who served my meal because they just look so miserable at work. I have never been treated so poorly at the mall food court. I won't be returning and I hope everyone sees my message because of that rude behavior from kids today acting with entitlement should not be tolerated. My orange chicken looked like they were bitten into. There was a small hair in my fried rice. Panda Express is no longer a place I will be eating at.

So my wife was in the mall today and since she had not made dinner she decided to buy panda. She ended up ordering everything plus got two orders of cream cheese rangoons. The rangoons were a special treat because our whole family loves them. Lo and behold when she got home there was no rangoons. We don't live close to the mall so there was no point in driving back and she called but they never answered. Very disappointed because this never happens at the other locations. I have told her not to buy at this location anymore. Very disappointed.

LYRA was super nice today, she helped me sign up to Panda rewards today. Awesome customer service from everyone. The server as well made sure the food was fresh and the cook was super fast. Overall 10/10

The food was okay, and the bottom of the drink we got was spilling.
Just did my survey online for panda and gave them such great grading until I went In today and had Putti ring me up. Everyone else is super nice but this lady doesn’t seem to stand by Panda Express culture which is providing great customer service. She had issues with putting my coupon in her system, which i understand, it happens, but the fact that when her coworker tried to help her do it she refused to try, Saying she had already tried and didn’t want to bother to accept his help. Not team player at all and simply rude!! This is not acceptable behavior, especially in front of customers Putti .
