Found someone else's pizza at my door that was left overnight. Thanks for all the bugs swarming my door because they couldn't deliver to the right address. They didn't even knock for me to tell them they got the wrong place. Don't order from here or you may not get it.

Place a 3 item order (including drink) and took over an hour of me waiting for me to call and the manager tells me the driver is lost with the previous order. They are literally 1 mile down the road from me & manager was rude when I called to cancel the order!!

I was having a Pizza Party at Kit Carson Park. I called ahead and spoke with Manager Chris if I remember correctly. The large is 8 large slices which is normally perfect, but I was feeding a bunch of hungry kids. I asked Chris if they could possibly double slice the pizza making 16 slices perfect for little kids. I ordered 15 pizzas and they arrived all double cut, fresh and on time for the party. Chris and his team go above and beyond and I appreciate great customer service. Unfortunately, we live elsewhere so this isn't our local PJ's, but if anybody is having a party in Escondido, do yourself a favor and order from this store. Thank you Chris and his team!!

Convenient Papa Johns located in a nice plaza. We ordered the create your own pepperoni stuffed crust with chicken, meatball, pepperoni, green peppers, and tomatoes. It was pretty good! I prefer the regular cheese stuffed crust because the cheese really melts and has a nice pull, with the pepperoni stuffed crust the cheese is within a bed of pepperoni so it's not as melted. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites. He said they were similar to a hot pocket but with chicken parm. The garlic Parmesan wings were our favorite though. Super warm and delicious! The spicy garlic sauce is pretty good too. The Oreo cookie Papa Bites had a nice taste, they were a bit dry and stuck together but I preferred them over the cookie! Red pepper & any sauces include an additional fee here. I recommend this location as well as a few other spots by here.
Do not order delivery from here. They apparently use DoorDash to deliver despite the fact that we used their website to order, and my fiance and I had an extremely negative experience with the delivery driver. We did send a complaint to Papa John's customer service, but we don't expect anything to come of it since it was technically through DoorDash and not them. However, since we didn't use the app, we didn't know the driver's name, their license plate number or any information to be able to file a complaint through them too. Just save yourself the trouble and don't do delivery through this store.

Tryed to place an order at 920 and the asain fellow who answeres the phones cant speak or understand English and screwed it up for 10 mins and then was told they couldnt place an order for pick up after 930 after they screwed it up some customer service here you clowns
