It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12.
This is the Vista location.
Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.

Wife and I went for breakfast. Service was friendly, professional and very good. Our breakfast orders were neither bad or good. I would describe them as nondescript. Wife's omelet was very over cooked and my home fries were cold inside and outside. For some reason they have "music" blaring extremely loud. Very hard to talk over the noise. My wife ended up removing her hearing aids. Half way thru our breakfast we ended up leaving because of the loud music. Why they felt blaring music is necessary for breakfast is a mystery to us.We will not return and we do not recommend the restaurant to anyone who values their hearing.

I only got the biscuits and gravy with a side order of sausage. I drove by this place many times and my first thought was possibly Mediterranean, or middle eastern because of the name. It's more of a country home style eatery with an extensive menu, including healthy options. I had the biscuits and gravy which were awesome. Biscuits were light and fluffy, gravy was awesome. I will go back to try other options. Don't let the name trick you. Give it a shot. Prices are in range with comparable eaterys.

A group of about 40 of us showed up hungry and ready! Francine and Alex were PHENOMENAL!!! I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the two of them handled our rowdy and never still group. The food was great and everything was wonderful! To the person who hired Francine Alex, you made the absolutely right decision! I had the biscuits and gravy which was delicious. The biscuits were extremely blain and dry which was disappointing. The gravy was full of flavor which helped with the biscuits, but not by much. My husband had the chicken fired steak and eggs which was very good! The gravy shined through that dish! A friend let me try the jalapeño hash which is now my absolute favorite!

The food is great! Huge variety of meals/ choices. A lot of food for the price. Very attentive staff. Parking can be a challenge, but definitely worth it!
