Still our favorite Pho place to go. This location is no exception. Fast service, great food, good prices. What more can you ask for?

This is our second time at the restaurant. It is modern, clean, and the food is delicious. The service is great. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a fine meal in a beautiful setting. We have enjoyed vegetarian pho, seafood pho, and tofu spring rolls. In addition, they have a robot that brings your food to the table!

The food is always amazing. Service can be inconsistent as employees change, but you can tell from those who are long term and it shows that they do love what they do. The Surf & Turf Spring Rolls are my current new obsession!! Must try!

Very nice, modern and clean wirh top notch service. The food was good nice and comforting. I had coconut rice wirh shrimp. It cane with salad and a very tasty onion broth. Either to pour on or sip, if this us the broth for their soup its veey good. My husband had pork wirh a shrimp paste which was an interesting tasty texture. We had the Vietnamese wings which was not a big deal. Every server must have come by at least two times each to check on us. The robot server was cute but nessasary? Maybe for the giant bowls of steaming pho. This was our firstin person visit to this location will visit again.

I wasn't feeling well but no restaurant nearby had chicken noodle soup. Until I found Pho Ca Dao! I ordered the chicken pho and it blew my mind! The warm aromatic, spices in the broth was so amazing that I had to Google how it's made. It was seriously that good. Order it!

Food was excellent though they seem to have switched their menu toward English language which is fine but Bun Cha Gio was represented as a salad and served with no broth, instead there was a small amount of salad dressing in the bottom of the bowl. The Pho Tai was perfect and huge. The robotic carriers are cute and add an aura of happiness to the place. It's clean and modern and the tables are large and comfortable. The bots bring the food to the table with a server accompanying to present it. This is kind of cool as it prevents accidental drops and orders delivered to the wrong table. Service gets a C minus. It was quiet when we went. We were greeted and seated promptly. Ordering was a bit surprising because our server didn't know any of the Vietnamese names for the dishes. I'm a native English speaker who has struggled hard over the years to learn how to pronounce menu items. That part went OK, we managed to order what we wanted, it arrived quickly and we dug in. But then we were pretty much ignored. The front staff of four just hung out behind a counter where nobody was seated and charred. When we finished I had to wait to catch someone's eye. I mimed pouring what was left in my bowl into a container, she grabbed one container and a lid and started my way, I quickly held up two fingers and she got the message. We bottled up our leftovers and waited for a check (no numbers on the tables). Once again I had to catch an eye and mime across the room. She came with the portable credit card terminal and, to her surprise, no check had come from the server (with whom she'd been chatting while pretty much ignoring us. She went back and printed a check and came back. We were finally on our way. I tipped my minimum and wished I could tip the bots. I love the food here but since the move away from tradition I think (and am grateful) for the presence of many options that suit us better. I'm also grateful for the many great meals I had at the Miramar location before the changes happened. There are a lot of people gonna love this place and I expect it will succeed without my help.

This is my go-to pho place in North County SD! I love all the Pho Ca Dao locations, and since my last review for the RB location; they seem to finally get their customer service up to par. Right when we entered, the establishment was very clean and I like the way the interior is decorated at this location. There's not a lot of parking for this location since it's off to the side of N Escondido Blvd in a small plaza, so be mindful of that when visiting. The host was quick to greet us and get our orders quickly. They served our food quickly and checked up on us pretty often. I got something different than what I usually do, which was the N10 Oxtail & Sliced Eye Round Steak Pho, and my fiancé got the N11 which is my usual. The oxtail was beautifully cooked and tender, it made the flavor of the broth delightful that I hardly had to add any of my usual sriracha and hoisin sauce! We always get a banh mi to share so that we could dip it in our soup. So the BBQ Pork it is! It was a perfect addition to our cold day and hit the spot for feeling under the weather.

It was my first time here because my baby brother recommended it. We got seated right away and our waitress took our order. The food took about 5 mins to come out! Now that's service! And the food was delish! I highly recommend this place if you ever want Vietnamese!
