This place was incredible! We came from Arizona to Legoland California and were craving some good Pho. To begin with the place was so clean and such great service, very nice people and the smell was incredible. We had spring rolls, shrimp rice paper roll, chicken and beef pho, veg low mein and orange chicken. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious. The iced coffee with coffee jelly is to die for. I had to get one to-go. Amazing food, atmosphere and service!

The pho was rich and aromatic, the spring rolls were crisp and perfectly balanced, and even the simplest items had incredible depth. You can really taste the care in every bite.
We also appreciated the attention to detail—meals were hand-boxed with care when we asked for them to go, which made the whole experience feel even more personalized. Everything arrived neatly packed and still piping hot.

The nicest staff and the best pho I’ve ever had! The restaurant is beautiful inside, with a kids' movie playing—#parentwin! Plus, they offer training chopsticks for little ones. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this place with my family since 2017 when they were also still placed in Escondido area, best pho establishment ever, the food is phenomenal. My family always decides to go this place than any other one. The staff here are the sweetest people ever and whoever has given a bad review are just rude and dishonest.

The food was excellent, with good flank and great noodles. I got the P4 dish which is pho with rare steak, flank, tendon, and tripe. The food came out fast, and I was hoping for a little more beef but it was a good amount regardless. The broth was good and the noodles were delicious. The staff were very friendly and very attentive, making sure to refill my water when I needed it.

I found Pho Truc when I was in Escondido almost 12 years ago and I feel guilty not leaving a review so much sooner. Ever since I found this place I've treated it with almost supernatural reverence!!!! When people speak on food, let alone pho, I always mention that my death-row meal (what I'd ask to eat as my last meal on this planet) is what I'm sure ownership here would consider a common and every day meal but I see it as the finest meal available on this earth! The amazing S-46....rich shrimp paste in beef broth that you'd slap your momma for, soft noodles, extremely fresh vegetables and meats with service that makes you feel truly welcomed within their walls. This is one of the best restaurants you could EVER step foot in so make the trip to see my friends there T O D A Y!
