Undisputable best place for Vietnamese food in North County. Something to be said about the authenticity of a restaurant where all the employees are of that nationality. Mostly Vietnamese, except a handful of servers. All the aunties are amazing! They literally treat you like family. Food is amazing, but the service is phenomenal! This is a place where you and your stomach leave smiling. Been here 4 times and each time has you wanting to come back.We always order the cha gio egg rolls, charbroiled pork spring rolls, beef spring rolls, P-1 pho with a full beef rib, and honey chicken with jasmine rice. Their fried items have the perfect level of crisp, ASMR-worthy crunch.It isn't cheap, but it's absolutely worth it!One of my top 5 favorite spots to eat in North County!

I used to go here all the time for my lunch break when I just graduated college and found a job around the area in 2020. The service and food was just amazing and unforgettable. The ladies that work there are some of the most kindest and warm-hearted people that I’ve ever met. It feels like home there even though I lived 100 miles away from my actual home. They’re definitely popular and many locals definitely eat here regularly because the food and service is top notch. The food is very delicious. I really like their noodle soup dishes like pho, and bun bo hue; I tried level 10 spiciness for the bun bo hue, and it was very difficult to eat because of how spicy it was! It was probably most spiciest soup that I’ve ever had. If you like spicy soups, definitely give it a try, but beware of how spicy it is! Their rice dishes are also very good. If you prefer to eat healthy, there are plenty of healthy options here that taste amazing. The portion sizes for the food here are generous, and the serving is just right. They also give Viet candy afterwards which is a really nice touch of dessert. I really miss this place, and I plan on visiting again some day. It’s been 2 years now. I hope everything is going well.

My families go-to pho spot! We also order the bun bo hue, a spicy and lemongrass tasty soup with thick chewy noodles and various meat toppings, SO YUMMY!! I love to get a pork banh mi sandwich. Delicious grilled marinated meat and fresh veggies in a perfectly crusty but soft roll. YUM!! We love their bún dish as well. It’s a bowl of rice noodles topped with the yummy grilled meat and fresh veggies with a savory dipping sauce. The spring rolls and cucumber salad are some of our favorite appetizers. You get it, the food is SO GOOD!!! If you want a delicious home-style meal this is the spot, it never misses. The food comes out fast and the service is great. I love the ladies working here, they make it feel like I’m at my aunties house except I don’t have to do any dishes. Really amazing spot, please try it out if you’re in North County, you won’t regret it.

I’ve never had pad Thai with onions and bell pepper that tasted like fajitas. Used wrong vermicelli noodles that crumbled unlike the long linguini-like noodles it normally comes in. No bean sprouts just overcooked broccoli and cabbage. Should have known better to order Thai dish here, just excited to see it in the menu. Sesame balls are so puny. Overall not worth the money and hype.

Used to frequent the Pho restaurant that was here previously and was sad when they closed their doors during covid. The new restaurant, Pho Truc Xanh is absolutely fantastic. The pho is amazing, also had the egg rolls and a Thai iced tea. The ambiance in the restaurant is vibrant and clean, and the staff are all so welcoming and nice. Amazing service and food, will definitely be back.
