Ordered at the drive thru and quickly got sent to the back parking lot to wait on our food. Waited 32 mins. I do not recommend this place.

The chicken was the worst I have ever had. Was all crust and a puny piece of very dry chicken. The Mac n cheese had no taste. The strawberry cheesecake dessert was ok. It was very expensive for a crapy dinner. I will never go back and I will tell people to not go there either.

Order was wrong when I picked it up and the workers argued with me about it. When they went to correct the issue I waited for 12 minutes to get the food that was missing. Employees don’t care about their customers or if orders are right. They should be caring when it costs around $70 for four people

My son just went through the drive thru and ordered a family meal before he left for work. We don't live far from the location and I can't drive because I'm home sick. When he came home with the chicken, it was so dry we couldn't bite through it. So in the trash it went. That was my dinner for tonight. I guess I will not be eating dinner tonight. Sigh.

You can no longer get a small order of bone-in wings EXCEPT ghost pepper spicy. I actually like Popeyes better than KFc or Church's. But not if I can't get what I want!

I wish it was better but they can never get the orders right. Everytime I've gone my order has been given to someone else just for them to bring it back because they realized their order is wrong.

Besides the full homeless encampment outside the store- complete with a RV, lawn chairs, and a man taking a public shit- this store gave me a rock solid, frozen cheesecake. If they didn't have any defrosted, perhaps they could offer alternatives. I contacted the city about that homeless encampment, and they said the businesses have to report them for them to be removed since it's private property. I highly recommend this manager having a conversation with their employees about their poor service, and also calling the city to file a complaint to have the encampment removed (which takes five minutes online with the report Escondido app). Further, they didn't give me a receipt, and apparently you can't file feedback on the Popeyes website without a receipt image. Lol It's just wild the bad management and customer service these days.

Asked for 5 piece tenders, got charged for it, and they only gave me 3. This place will waste your money. What makes it worse is that there was no one there. How are yall going to mess up the only order you had?
