I came in August 6, 2025 at 9:30 to pickup my food because I ordered online and the girl who works the drive thru gave me attitude because I just put in my order. She told me I had to pull back up in 5 min or come in and I was the only person in the drive thru. I asked if I could just wait at the window and she said no like I didn’t already pay for my food. It’s literally her job to give good customer service and she can’t even do that. Do better.

refuse any pickups from location if i do uber they don’t care about anything orders and make u wait 20 minutes while they help people in person only

The employees are rude, and have no customer service skills, you order a family meal and they give you whatever pieces of chicken, the have they put all thighs in my 10 piece, no wings two drumsticks and didn't even have enough decency to ask was this ok, and when I called they gave me a lame excuse, $37.00, for some dam thighs are you serious.

Absolutely terrible service. The customer is generally wrong, but when they aren't, you make it right. Arguing is probably not the best response.
1 star for just having people order from the kiosk. Please stop being lazy and help the customers at the cashier at the same time because some of the customers are spending too much time trying to figure out how to use the kiosk and the staffs are just standing around slowing down time.
