I came in August 6, 2025 at 9:30 to pickup my food because I ordered online and the girl who works the drive thru gave me attitude because I just put in my order. She told me I had to pull back up in 5 min or come in and I was the only person in the drive thru. I asked if I could just wait at the window and she said no like I didn’t already pay for my food. It’s literally her job to give good customer service and she can’t even do that. Do better.

This used to be my go to for chicken. For years it was. But like so many other corporate chains, the executives want more money for themselves and shareholders so they have cut quality and service to pad their bank accounts.

First, no more cashiers. You are REQUIRED to self order via a kiosk. It has a crap user interface and older customers just refused to order and left.

Second, the quality of the food has gone way down. I ordered a 3 pc....
