How can the owner of this franchise have only one person running their business. On top of that, they have only one working fryer. The worker cannot go to the bathroom without closing the store, and they have to run the register and try to make the food at the same time. I was there on Saturday, both morning and night shift had only one worker and they looked stressed.

If this was my place, I'd come in & do an overhaul on the staff.Wait times were out of control while I could clearly see the people behind the counter poking about, not particularly caring. They were out of almost everything, there was way too much seasoning on the fries because heaping scoops were thrown in instead of bothering to level them.Didn't bother to finish them.Questions & requests were met with the bare minimum of what might be considered a response & the workers both generally maintained an air of indifference & not really wanting to be there.It's well known that the owner of a restaurant never gets a day off. Without yourself personally, or a family member, being there, you start to lose money.For reasons like these..With attitudes like these, you can be sure the employees are giving & throwing away product & probably pocketing some too.Please come back & whip this up. This used to be such a good place. I'd hate to see it sink because some punk kids that don't care about it.

very long wait times and worker (only one available at a time) seems stressed to the max. They need to treat their employees better to reduce churn and burnout.
it takes more than 40 minutes standing up because those who work spend more time on the phone and are slow to serve customers and another 20 minutes for them to deliver your

Something has been wrong the last four different occasions I’ve been here and Im so sad and disappointed! Just today their fryer broke, last time they ran out of sour cream and onion, the time before they ran out of fries, and the time before that their fryer was broken again. I love their fries but so disappointed that I can’t seem to order any from this place!

I have never tried and looks like I never will. Waited in line for over 30 minutes not alot of people here, just the two females talking behind the counter. One brown hair and one black hair seemed to be more intrigued in talking to eachother than to take my order. I literally stood there at the counter for 10 minutes and even tried to get their attention with no luck. Not sure how they stay in business even if they are short staffed at least acknowledge the customers.

The french fries are pretty good but however, their customer service is poor and they take FOREVER to make your fries. If you're not an impatient person, then you will become one once you come here.

Staff was rude the taller girl with a piercing on her eyebrow was touching the broom and trash and then touching the food while wearing the same gloves. And then got offensive and started arguing with me! And my food was on the counter for 20 mins until they finally gave me my food and didn’t want to give me a refund!! Never going here again poor customer service
