The food was amazing, the service was pathetic. We waited nearly an hour to be served by the server Melanie, was slightly rude , rolled her eyes when asked to top off our fries even when we had bottom top fries. Instead of refilling our lemonades, she just placed a lemonade cup for the customer to disperse to the rest of the table. Mind you I work with adults with a learning disability. She would apologize to other tables and ignore one of the first groups to arrive and be seated there. Not satisfied in this location at all.

This was a couple months ago but I came to Red Robin for the first time with my brother and we were unfamiliar with everything. A fellow employee who served our table was very helpful, he explained a bit of the menu and the perks first time customers get for typing their email, and whenever we needed something he would come to us with a polite manner. I didnt catch the name of the employee (afro-American guy) but yall better give him a raise. Perfect 5 stars

We were there on a wed. Afternoon, and it was so busy! We had a server who had waist length hair, and we had to flag her down so many times to get service! We came so I could earn points towards my free bday burger. I paid the bill in cash, and we waited a long time for the server to come back, and she never did. So, I didn't get a receipt or my pints on a $46 bill! I called and the manager said he would try to credit my account, but he didn't. Guess we won't be coming there this mo th for my birthday. Ill think twice before going to this restaurant again.

Went here for dinner with family and everyone had a great time. I had the gluten free bacon cheese burger and fries. The crispy bacon and fries tasted great. Fantastic to have a local restaurant with so many gluten free options.

Customer service is definitely NOT tike used to be!

I got the chicken wrap meal. Unfortunately it was pretty bad. Seems like they used 2 crispy strips and one was super old and dry. The tortilla was stale as well. The garlic fries were pretty good luckily and the ranch is always delicious. Not worth 22$ though.

I literally got a plate of oil didn’t know it till a little later after a few bites. Will not go back there was leftover People’s food on trays cups water both all over the floor never picked up nothing. Manager came over at the beginning when we first got her food so I figured nothing was wrong and then when I got down to some of the food, it was all grease. If I could somehow post a picture with the review, I would.

If you've been to a Red Robin you've been to them all. They all have an eclectic collection of artwork on the walls and ceiling. The food is American burgers and endless steak fries, with options up the wazoo for tastes. My wife loves that whiskey river wrap all day! Yum!

The bathrooms are gross and the stalls don’t lock at all barely. Very dirty in my ye bathroom. Took long for the food to come and the table was dirty

We always loved Red Robin but the service was horrible. Appetizers came out after the food and the fries which are historically amazing were cold and undercooked.
