This Ross isn't any different from any of the other Ross stores when it comes to organization. I was just a little surprised that it already looked so disorganized, like a storm came through while an earthquake was happening. I say I'm surprised, because this store just opened this year (summertime, I think). I really thought that a newer/shinier Ross would be an exception, but I guess it's just the culture and the nature of the business. Not enough staff roaming...read full review
I come in every now and then and mostly have a pleasant experience. They have limited inventory since they are a fairly new store. While i usually don't have any issues, today I went in an had an unpleasant experience with an older Caucasian woman working the fitting room. Her tone when first entering was almost annoyed, which is hard to believe considering fitting room is the easiest job in the store. I am offended by the way I was treated this evening in the store. I was talked down to in a condescending tone by an extremely rude woman. I feel sorry for her...she is as old as she is and has to work at ross. I will not come back . I didn't want the dented trash can anyways
