Excellent attention from the staff at the cashier and at the tables, the order came out quickly in less than 10 minutes, they already had the order ready and everything was excellent
Exquisite Shakeys pizza, juicy fried chicken and very good potatoes
With an individual PCM and a small pizza, 2 people ate and we were quite good

The pizza on the buffet was dry and old. It never got replaced. It was very hard to eat but, I paid for it so I tried salads instead. It was not a friendly atmosphere. My kids got two personal pizzas and they were okay. At least they were hot unlike the buffet pizza. ? I will not come back.

I attended the Bunch of Lunch today and it was amazing. The food was great not to mention the service as well. Everyone was super helpful and attentive, I will definitely be back with my whole family!

I attended a child's birthday party with my granddaughter on a Sunday afternoon. I was impressed with how the party was set up - a whole long table with a number of different types of pizza set up along the table with plates, cups, napkins and fresh potato crisps. We helped ourselves to delicious pizza, our own soft drinks. Kids were each given a card with $10 worth of credits to use on the arcade games. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Air conditioning was very welcome on a super hot Escondido afternoon. Very enjoyable and the pizza was great, so we'll be back as a family.

My church had a fundraising event. We ordered 75 PCM with personal pan pizza, 2 pieces of chicken, and some delicious mojos potatoes. Shakeys has been a favorite for the Filipinos, so when our Karaoke night fundraising event showcased Shakeys, more brethren came to the event. So, thank you, Shakeys, for making our event successful. Eric, the Asst Manager was so accommodating to our needs. Thanks be to God for the wonderful food.

Visited this location for my husband's birthday lunch today and the staff was excellent. Brianna was very nice & the manager Joseph was actively helping staff ensuring everything was good. The food was great.

I haven't been to a Shakey's since I was 5 years old. (Now 41) In Texas ours closed when I was that little. Noticed Shakey's still existed in California. While on vacation I was able to visit. This foood tastes exactly like I remember! Then it was only pizza, chicken and mojos. Omgosh, soooo good! Brought back so many childhood memories and reminding me how my parents took me there. Place is extremely clean and service was great! Wish we had one close to home.
