I would like to start by always commending the staff on being friendly and attentive.
Parking is plentiful when it’s not busy and getting something to go is just as good as getting it to eat there.
I enjoy getting the bagels to make breakfast sandwiches at home and will continue coming back.
Note, the parking spots are little small and tight so if you have a larger vehicle I would suggest going when it’s not too busy.

This is the BEST place to get fresh bagels no other place comes close in all of San Diego! The customer service too so personable and always nice. Wow you have to try them to believe it such great selection, but the quality and freshness is not seen in any other bagel place I have ever been. Simply the best!!!! The Signature Bagel owner is a class act guy such a nice man!

I was looking for a new bagel place to try that isn't too far from my house and I stumbled upon what seems like a mom and pop place in Escondido. We loved the bagels and the bagel sandwiches! The prices were very fair and they loaded up the ham and cheese bagel sandwich in a very satisfying way! The only complaint was that there seemed to be a lot of broken items in the store, like the coffee machine and the chip display was empty. So we had to go to Starbucks across the street. The owners were very friendly. We will be back for the food but we won't stay to eat there.
