I'm really getting tired of Starbucks altogether. But this place takes the cake. I can be the only person in there and drive thru gets priority. Also the coffee here is sub par. The food is always cold. They don't know how to toast a bagel or even melt the cheese on a breakfast sandwich. Nobody smiles. It's gettin downright depressing being there. Starbucks used to be a feel good place, but they've lost that. Lots of good family owned places around TJ. Gonna start looking for sure, because Starbucks, you've lost that lovin feelin.

I don't go to Starbuks much, prefering locally owned coffe shops. Last month I had a meeting at a Vista location and the latte was so weak, tasting like a weak americano. I did not remember Starbuks coffee being so weak. I thought maybe it's the location so while waiting for my wife's car to be serviced we gave this one a try and nope, same weak latte, lesson learned, I'll stick to locally owned coffee shops and I;ll give my starbuks card to someone who likes overpriced weak coffee

They closed twenty minutes early with the doors locked and just watched me stand outside and neglected even come talk to me. This Starbucks is a constant disappointment.

Unless now updated on maps, the location is actually its own separate building instead of the shared building it used to be.

I like the drive through. The speaker can be a little low volume though.

No issues with orders so far.

Came in and their rightfully busy but what Starbucks isn’t? The lady that helped us apologized for the wait and took out order. The only issue is we got our food and one drink in no time but there’s people coming in and getting their drinks and food before my wife’s and most of my order was already given ? Wouldn’t it all be with the same line? Asked the guy behind the counter who’s making the drinks and just nonchalant says, “mobile order coming in. Making those. Don’t see yours yet” with no eye contact or even a simple sorry we’re dealing with more mobile orders or whatever, that I could’ve at back at but damn. I get you can be busy but customer service is lacking. Needs a break or something to get re-taught.

I placed an online order and they missed my order I was there for a while and I went and ask where is my order. They seem unorganized and no apologies. Bad service

I used to love this Starbucks! But today was outrageous. Went with a group of friends and they saw there was a hair in my food. But didn’t bother to go back after the attitude I was served with my meal..And when my friend went up to ask for a water the guy that was there said “just wait a sec!” with an attitude. Then another worker heard and saw he looked frustrated and she went and helped. I get it, work can be stressful.. but in a customer service based job, you shouldn’t be acting like it’s the worst day of your life & making us customers feel uncomfortable. Bad days happen, but don’t let it be contagious. Hopefully management can get involved to help these poor workers who don’t want to be there.

I asked for light ice and got half a cup of ice. Really? I used to work at Starbucks and this is so frustrating. I didn’t make a fuss cause I was in the drive thru but I will if this happens again

I went in two days ago had horrible service. Was ignored by staff especially cashier. When I finally ordered and waiting over 10 minutes. I noticed people who came in after me getting served and leaving before me. I kept being ignored and when my order finally came. I asked the gentleman behind the counter a question. He rolled his eyes at me in disgust. I asked for the manager and when she comes over says. WHAT'S UP??? I thought hi sir or something would be better. Horrible service all around
