The water here tastes disgusting, they need to do something about it

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks almost every morning for my coffee and breakfast and all the staff are amazing especially Jade!

Placed a mobile order at 6:47pm, walked in at 6:50pm to pick up and use the restroom for a quick stop. Was instantly blocked by the very rude male barista with bleach blonde hair and glasses. Told us the bathroom is already closed, even though it’s 40 minutes before closing time and it’s still during business hours. It would be one thing if we were some questionable people coming in off the street, but we’re just paying customers expecting to use the restroom while the store is open. Very disgusted by that young man’s attitude and demeanor towards customers.

I originally got my drink from another Starbucks out in Hemet and it was extremely extremely bitter way to strong for a salted caramel cold brew, I stopped at this Starbucks to see if I could get splenda or anything to make it taste better and can I just say how amazing these two young ladies were, not only were they super sweet beautiful young ladies, their customer service was extremely generous!!! They offered to make me a new drinkand it was way way better, I didn't get their names but I came in on 9/21 at 7pm Thank You ladies so so much ??❤️❤️

I hate to be this person but idk if it’s just my drinks, but the two times I’ve came to this Starbucks, they either don’t put enough cold foam (even though I paid for extra) or they put the extra and don’t froth it long enough and it becomes part of the coffee right away as if I order mild with coffee. I thought I’d give it a second chance but I won’t be coming to this location anymore. At least got cold foam ?

Good location that keeps you coming for more. Great barista team knows how to keep an Original flavor on their prepared drinks (unlike some other locations that you have to get it re-made). Thank you!

7 years ago I posted about the addition of Clover to this mighty store, sadly it was soon gone. Today 1/10/2024 the Clover is back! The Clover Vertica is the same brewing technology but faster, efficient, and sustainable. I tried the Guatemala today and the flavor was just unrivaled. The friendly Baristas at this store would love to make you a cup of coffee reimagined. Fabio
